Love this Raley’s but encountered a rude cashier that makes me think twice before shopping here. Left a bad taste In my mouth

The Raley’s on Main Street is excellent, and we truly appreciate the convenience of its online shopping and pickup service, especially when we’ve been recovering from illness and need to conserve energy by not shopping in person.

Your checkouts are incredibly slow, employees stand around while lines extend down the product rows, and your meat counter staff are rarely around and then rude, store layout makes no sense...oh wait, that's the Sand Creek store...you're actually worse.
I want to like you for the prices on products, but I would rather pay more for groceries for nicer staff interactions and quicker service.

Staff was very helpful & courteous. For an out-of-towner, it was a timesaver.

Raley's is one of my absolute favorite stores but this location sucks! I've had to return products more than 3 times in the 3 months I've lived in the area due to them being expired, spoiled or some other quality issue. The employees are usually friendly, that's the only reason for the 2 stars. They always only have 1 or maybe 2 checkers, so there's always a huge line and long wait. It's one of the closest grocery stores to my house which is why I come here unfortunately.

My review is a result of the people that work there. The people in the bakery are nice and friendly. I always come here after I get done with my Jiu jitsu lessons down the street at Grow Mindset Collective.

I've been shopping here for years and have always been fond of the people and service.....until recently. There is usually only a line or 2 open, even if there are 10 people in each line. Rarely do you ever see a courtesy Clerk anymore, which means the checker is now forced to bag. Raleys is owned by a single person. There is no worry about keeping stockholders happy and hence, the need to cut services back. Shelfs not stocked the way they use to be and carts are few and far between. The staff position is to blame the lack of carts on the homeless people, yet a year ago, before all the staff cut backs, there were plenty of carts. If it's such as issue, they can put the carts inside. They never put back in the Cafe area so they can put the carts, like they had in the past. And they still haven't reopened the second door. Initially, it was stated the second door was closed off because of COVID. Now they say because of theft but they have a security guard. I guess Mr. Raley needed a new helicopter or Ferrari. I've heard he has expensive taste and if customers and employees suffer, oh well.

I can’t believe they allow pet dogs inside this grocery store! To clarify, I am not talking about service dogs! I’ve seen dogs laying in the grocery carts (where people put their food), dogs who bark, and one time there was even a loose dog! The employees act as if they are “cute” and they don’t seem willing to remove the animal from the store—even the security guard. This has to be a health code violation. Some people are allergic to dogs. If this business doesn’t start taking this seriously, I will report this to the state health department.
