Worst pharmacy service not even deserve one star. whoever that name “Joan” picking up the phone is very unprofessional. Too much problem with her communication can’t barely understand English and has hearing problem too. Can this Pharmacy put someone to answer the phone who can professionally speak with good costumer manner service.

Pharmacy! Awesome people! So helpful!! I went to Oakley Rite Aid to pick up a new prescription. It was originally like 179.00 my insurance brought it down to 117.00 the wonderful pharmacy clerk said oh you don't want yo pay that! Let's try Good Rx. The prescription ended up being about 25.00. Anyone can use Good Rx. You often see cards to sign up at most pharmacy and doctors offices. Thank you Oakley Rite Aid Pharmacy team for all your extra efforts!!!

The worst pharmacy in existence. Always a line out the door and taking forever to serve each customer. Even when there is no one in line, they still say I'll be with you in a minute. Most incompetent pharmacy staff ever. Get another pharmacist to override items when the main pharmacist is on break. What company does that? Having people wait 30 min for constant BS.

Worst customer service EVER. The ladies here are rude and can’t get it right. They say 20 minutes, 30 minutes later they said 15 more minutes and then 2 minutes later when I’m headed home at the stop sign i get a text saying it’s ready. Completely incompetent!!

Stopped by, and sadly, the store is looking very understocked. Not sure what happened, but it seemed like they did not have much of anything when I walked around. If you are not going in for the pharmacy, it might be best to just look elsewhere.
