Pharmacy! Awesome people! So helpful!! I went to Oakley Rite Aid to pick up a new prescription. It was originally like 179.00 my insurance brought it down to 117.00 the wonderful pharmacy clerk said oh you don't want yo pay that! Let's try Good Rx. The prescription ended up being about 25.00. Anyone can use Good Rx. You often see cards to sign up at most pharmacy and doctors offices. Thank you Oakley Rite Aid Pharmacy team for all your extra efforts!!!

Pharmacy is very unorganized. Person who "helped" me at the pick-up window named Joan was very rude. Won't be back

The worst pharmacy in existence. Always a line out the door and taking forever to serve each customer. Even when there is no one in line, they still say I'll be with you in a minute. Most incompetent pharmacy staff ever. Get another pharmacist to override items when the main pharmacist is on break. What company does that? Having people wait 30 min for constant BS.

with the long lines and wait times this store usually has, associate Lynn never fails to be kind, patient and helpful. She always seems to brighten my mood after waiting for my turn to arrive.

Pharmacy Only Review : Absolutely terrible, had never been upgraded or higher MORE than 1 person to work at a time.. AND 1 person working 2 registers is NoT THE SAME!! This store has taken over RALEYS and now Lucky's Pharmacy business in town because those Pharmacy's closed!!! This place is still just a closet with no floor space to hire anyone.. Here's an idea!! Business increased, you need to SCALE your business!! There's tons of floor spacenot being used in there, Build the Pharmacy out 5-10'feet and put in 2 more registers and hire 2 more people to work the pharmacy week days !! To the owner.. CLOWN SHOES.!!! you are a clown!! z save your new business and build out the pharmacy and take advantage of the fact that Walgreens is terrible too!! SHEESH!! (i hate saying sheesh but it's required here).

NO STARSEvery single time I come to pick up my meds someone is yelling at the pharmacy staff !Horrible service. NEVER EVER READY so you wait and wait and wait and wait some more.Elderly people come in and have to stand for 30 min just to talk to pharmacist. I dont blame the cashier, however rite aid needs to train people properly because each transaction takes wayyyyyyyy to long. And simple questions seem to baffle the staff. If you or your doctor calls over a prescription, no matter how important it is DO NOT rush over to pick it up because it will never be ready. So what you do is take your sick self down to rite aid. Wait in a line for 30 minutes only to be told they either never got the request (bs) or its not ready. So then you drive back home. You wait till the afternoon to go back sick as a dog only to be told its not ready and it will be an hour ???Id think Rite aid would understand this is a major liability.THEN THE FEMALE PHARMACIST IS COUGHING IN HER HANDS THEN CONTINUING TO TOUCH THE MEDICATIONS???? DISGUSTING NO WONDER EVERYONE HAS COVID !!Whats the disconnect with this place?Whos running this location that this horrible situation isn't being fixed. We are talking about sick folks and elderly people.

It's painful to see all these bad reviews. So here's the deal and what I've seen. With the influx of people coming to live here, the pandemic, shortages, and limited staff resources, it's been hard to see this pharmacy not get the credit they deserve. It's been a rough few years, and I am seeing it at multiple pharmacies in the area. People are moving here in droves (continued development of homes with no plans to add grocery stores/pharmacies in the vicinity that can keep up with new residents). It's expected for long wait times. Trust me, Walgreens in Brentwood has the same issue. However, my prescriptions are always correct, staff works hard and are still professional & polite (even when customers aren't the nicest). Couple of suggestions would be better hours. If they opened at 8am, that would be awesome. Also, more staff could be hired. Yes--it can be really frustrating to be jerked around due to logistics but maybe we need to bring this up to the City of Oakley. Instead of another storage unit facility, gas station, or fast food restaurant, we can add more smart businesses that meet the needs of our people.
