Driver lies and states he comes to my apartment and does not come. I work from home and I can see if he comes or not and send all my packages to a local UPS without notifying me. And no one can help me. I’ve spoke to Managers and customer service. I’m writing a letter to corporate. It’s been happening for a year. I’m so sick of this.

I have a package being delivered by UPS, shipped on 10th Dec goes from Ohio to San Pablo then to Oakland then to Oakley back to processing at Oakley then Out for delivery arriving a day earlier from Oakley then back to processing at Oakley and no updates since the 15th. Ridiculous, I called UPS and just the complete lack of concern then said it’s the holiday rush delivery, that’s why. I said no, I ordered my package before the rush and it should’ve been here by the 15th arriving a day early per the UPS tracking only to be update back to processing and date to be updated on 15th and nothing since. He said oh…. Well you can try calling us again in 10 days if you still haven't received your item. Thanks have a good day and he hung up on me. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Very unprofessional and bad business. I understand the holidays but when you don’t update the people in the APP they’re following their package or have proper people communication skills and trained properly for the job, very bad business.

Absolutely worst customer care ever! No one ever answers the phone , i should post the inside number that way people call and ask questions all day long. Or maybe the lack of communication and information is cause all the management was terminated due to fraudulent practices in the company. Still not a good excuse as to why delivery drivers can’t make their delivery window on time. 10:15 am - 2:15 pm is a 4 hour window yet still can’t deliver on time. This company has gone down hill and will continue to go down hill. Give the Pittsburg Routes back to concord since the volume is too much for the amount of drivers TO SUCCESSFULLY do their route.

I tried to send a package to Amazon I had the scan code and I was told they could not take it because they could not scan it. What a nightmare it is to try to send something back to Amazon I do not know what kind of a contract UPS has with Amazon but I had to go to 3 different UPS stores because they coul not scan the return code.

Worst customer experience ever. I delivered a package from Los Angeles to a recipient in Los Angeles on a Thursday. Was supposed to be given to my recipient on Saturday, and they failed to deliver it, for the tracker said there was no one at the designated location to pick it up. No alert or phone call or anything on their end to notify me I had to look it up on the tracker. They then attempted to deliver the package again and the same thing happened. I had to call UPS to ask if they can hold my package, so someone can physically take the package for me and deliver it themselves. I had to have someone meet the driver and get the package! And because UPS was not delivering I had to pay $7 and also write a letter of authorization for the person to pick it up. The package was worth thousands of dollars and there was a deadline for it to be delivered so it was urgent.This experience made me not want to do business with UPS ever again! It was horrible.

Probably the worse I’ve seen, so my package arrived at this facility on the 18th, and its now February 2nd and i’m still waiting for it, I keep getting notifications for it but no driver comes bye at all, whats worse is this facility is down the street from me, might as well come get it myself.

They said they tried to deliver my package but they never came to my complex at all. My order never left the wear house they just shipped it back to the sender

Some of the worse customer service I've ever experienced. They continuously mess up deliveries. Also there is absolutely no way to get in touch with them or any service rep at all.

UPS employees are animals. It’s clear they don’t mind delaying your shipment time and time again even while giving you false notifications that it will arrive, over multiple days. Half employees are illegal and half are animals.

Worst UPS delivery hub I had ever had use. A bunch of lazy delivery drivers there. Today is the second time a package was flagged “attempted delivery”. I been home all morning, in my living with the front door open. No one came. I also live in a normal neighborhood close by the hub. Very frustrating.

Miss handling of goods. Given the run around, a lot.I have multiple emails that contradict each other. They even lied about how they were fixing the damage. I have photos and written proof (by ups) info/emails. I won't be using ups again, not trustworthy.

2:30-5pm? But y'all are supposed to be better than the USPS...I find it interesting that this is only branch that I could use that wasn't going to charge me extra money to hold my delivery (one that was attempted once at the business and then given a "final delivery" notice without an actual paper notice...)If this is what I can expect from you guys I'll never use you again.
