I go to the ups store and I have only gotten the best service, no long lines, with the Amazon app when I have to return idens it is so easy to return stuff, 5 mine and you are out the door. Thank you for providing customer service.

I came in to establish a post mailbox service and when I informed the fair skinned gentleman of my request, the gentleman the. Replied “oh sorry, I don’t know how to do mailboxes, you’re going to have to come back tomorrow”..Ups lost my money.

What is with the weird, opinionated employee (in his early 20's, reddish hair, glasses)? I Have been taking Amazon returns to this location for years. Over the last year or so I have encountered a very strange young man who seems to think everyone should cater to his personal preferences. Keep in mind, I have NEVER had issues with an employee at this location before. All past experiences (before said employee) were always quick, easy, and pleasant. Now, if I happen to go on a day when he's there...not so much.So, I like to blackout the old bar codes on my Amazon returns (with a black sharpie), just to be safe. It's advised on Amazon.com to do that and several of the other employees at this location have commended me for going the extra mile. This particular employee, however, feels that it's necessary to lecture me (every single time) on how "unnecessary" it is. First off, better safe than sorry. Secondly, it only takes a few seconds of time. If it's such a waste of time, then oh well, it's a few seconds of *my* time to waste. Thirdly, other employees at this location have told me that it's smart to blackout the old bar codes and that there have been past issues with people who haven't blacked them out. Besides, what does it really matter? It doesn't cost him anything. It doesn't hinder his job in any way. What does it matter if I feel just a bit more secure blacking out the old codes? It shouldn't matter to him. Yet every single time he's extremely pushy and rude about it, because for some weird reason blacking out the old codes personally irks him, because *he* deems it a waste of time. He's made that quite clear.After yet *another* one of these frustrating encounters with this rude young man, I'm getting to where I don't even want to bring returns to this location anymore. Maybe driving a little further to Kohl's isn't such a bad idea? No one there has ever given me sh*t for trying to protect myself.

This is the only location i come to. Very efficient and fast customer service. Big thanks to the employee dede who is always nice and has a smile. she helps me when needed and always gets the line down very fast. Sometimes I struggle to stand for a long time but she manages to get the line down very fast especially when the line is out the door. I couldn't find a code for an Amazon return and she found it for me. Thanks dede you're the best.

Even when there is a line, they tend to move it forward very quickly. For the most part, I have always been able to get in and out of there within less than five minutes and the staff is always friendly.

Charged 3.50 to send them an email of my printing label and an additional 30 cents to print it. I understand the cost to print but checking your email is the cost of doing business. Terrible company policy.

I'm not sure about the other reviews here the service here is always Excellent. last time I came in, I left with a smile on my face after having a nice conversation with the young man that helped me out.

I dont know about these other posts but I went in today. The young lady was extremely nice and helped me greatly. She was all alone working and she handled like a pro. Very good employee

The lady was very very nice in the store I feel genuinely bad for her.I don't know if someone didn't show up for work today or they just leave her by herself but there was a line out the door the whole time we were in the store with her having no help.Then she left went out to the back came back out and was wiping her mouth off like she was eating if they don't give her time and someone else to be there so that she can eat in between working maybe you guys need to hire another worker for help.Got everything I needed but everyone in that store about at least 10 people were pissed off so I would try and get another worker in there if you could to diffuse the situation because whatever is happening now is just making the worker have to deal with all these rude people because it takes half an hour to an hour to get through sometimes depending on what people are doing at the store.She's very nice and that's not the reason the store got a bad review she is very very respectful.Give her some help Jesus Lord quit trying to cheap it out or fire whoever is not coming in she needs help bad.

They saw me coming 1 minute before actual closing time and locked the door and ran into the back. It should have been a quick and easy package pickup. I will be filing a formal complaint tomorrow when i do get my package.

Awful service at this location. A simple “your package is ready for pick-up” turned into a whole ordeal when the associate said “ the email was a lie, ups lies to their customers..your package isn’t here” “next in line” I asked her to look again since the package was signed for by Joseph earlier today. She forcefully started moving packages around and found my box. Make the trip to the UPS store in Brentwood for normal service.

Sent a Bday present to my daughter. On Thursday Told it would be over $80 to be there in 2 days. Opted for the 22.82 fee to be there by Monday. Surprise, Surprise, for $22.82 it arrived on Friday one day later. You decide what's going on. I won't use this service again.
