4/22/25- Gateway Dr, Oakley - 2 packages were left behind the mailboxes today! Both packages were from Kaiser, with MEDICATIONS! These were left by the mail courier because I had just been out to check for my mail 10 minutes prior to today’s delivery and the package were not there. I personally went to each residents home to deliver their medications. This is very careless and dangerous if medication gets into the wrong hands.

im here every week, the workers are always as friendly, communicative, helpful and as fast as possible. building's clean, signs are clear and not faded. only downside is the small parking lot as busy days tend to result in people parking in the lot next door. clearly just an underfunded office to put reasoning on bad reviews.

Worst post office I’ve been too deceiving walk in hours for passport don’t take walk in evens when there are no shows what kind of customer service is that ? What are the employees there for just to hang around when appts don’t show why wouldn’t you be able to take a walk in pathetic

I just walked in here with a USPS select UPS label. To my knowledge, I can drop it at either office. I walk in and I'm standing there and the lady behind the counter starts talking trash about people who bring in UPS labels. I looked at her and told her it says USPS select on it and she wouldn't even look me in the face and said no we don't take those here. Why bother working with the public if you're gonna be rude to the public? Go get a different job where you don't have to look at people. So rude. We're all dealing with this crappy world The least you can do is be polite.

Hi. I called this Post office on 12/26/24. The mailman stated he could not leave my package. It was my medicine! They told me they would hve him knock on my door to redeliver. This was at 12:30 pm. No one ever came. The mailman had access to my mailbox and if he didnt he could have knocked on my door. I am so disappointed im our Postal service. I also had another package with medicine in it. It came 8 days later than the deliver date. Both packages were Priority. I paid for a 2 to 3 day delivery. It is So sad that Our Postal Workers do not care about our mail. ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS MEDICINE WITH A PRIORITY STICKER ON IT.

Since 2023 service has gone to hell in a hand basket. No courtesy notices for P.O. boxes and if you get packages you can't pick them up untill the next day. And no one answers the phones either. Good luck if you have a question. You're better off Goggling it. Customer service with the new people lack big time. So rude.

I would give this branch negative stars if I could. They have lost several packages that were supposedly in the “parcel locker” yet no key was ever left for us and after multiple attempts I’ve never seen these packages. I had to fight to get refunds because the package showed as delivered. Next step will be OPD. I even left a note with the tracking numbers in the box and filed a service report and not a single response. I dread any time something is being delivered USPS because I likely won’t receive it.

Just got home from this postal office. Can’t help feeling so outraged! Staff are so rude. Waited for passport renewal and photo was just taken hurriedly. I was just going to shrug it off but when it was time to submit my documents, I asked the staff if it’s ok to sign the papers since the instruction is to sign in front of a staff. She said, “you do everything by yourself! I’m not gonna do anything for you!” I was taken aback and l just said, I’m just asking. She was so cold and rude. Is this what you call “customer service?” Wow!

Call everyday to find out why my passports haven't been received by the passport department yet. It's been 6 weeks - no one will answer. I finally got an email response after filing a claim, they asked for my appointment date and then replied that dude to lack of information they can't get any info on the wears outs of my documents. I call everyday over and over and have only had them pick up once to immediately hang up

Not busy at this place, folks working here are just generally slow and lazy. Waited 30min… for our passport appointment. And we were 10min early. Nothing going on, not busy. Yet we still waited 30min.

They’re on purposely delaying my package which has already arrived since Friday, today is already Tuesday and still has no signs for them to deliver. Really disappointed and frustrated with their service.

All the staff are friendly. We were getting our passports and they were very helpful.From the day we inquire about the passports, they gave us instructions in a very friendly manner. I would like to thank this place for their great service.
