I have been going here with my wife for a long time. Love it. Pricey, but worth it. The vibe is chill and relaxed. The pedicures are to die for! I highly recommend Vida Nail Spa.

Wonderful staff and respectful. They do not press on you other services if you don't like and the drink options are wonderful incentive to keep coming back. I like the place and they do provide efficient spa services. Making an appt is your best way to fo to avoid long waiting time as they get busy. Tips get added to the price and so you don't have to worry if you didn't bring cash. I'd recommend this place looking for a nice nail spa around the Oakley - Brentwood location.

I started getting acrylics and pedicures here back in December when the usual place I had been going to for several years had no openings. The service and quality was so outstanding I now only come here! I do not loose any nails between fills, the staff take their time I do not feel rushed, their pedicures are AMAZING! They give excellent massages with them! Everybody is so friendly, they always remember my name when I come back, they offer complimentary beverages with services like wine, tea, coffee. I’m more than happy to pay the 20% service fee that’s added on to my services at the end. The vibe at vida is great and I feel welcome as soon as I walk in.

Today was my second time coming to Vita. I came back because I had such a great experience the last time and really liked my nails, this time was no different. Great service, great nails, undoubtedly I will continue to go back and refer friends.

Great place. All the workers here are so kind. There place is clean and welcoming. I only go here now. They are just so pleasent to be around I get taken such good care of and they do a beautiful job on nails. The wax is so good for my sensitive skin I never break out like at other places. They're worth the money.

I have had much better pedicures.sub par mediocre pedicure. not worth the inflated prices and the forced 20% service charge they charge. Who wants to go and drink alcohol in a salon? they offer that. pressed gel and a lavender pedicure package on me without disclosing the extra charges. Hanna who did my pedicure did not crack a smile the entire time she did my feet. never going back.

I’m only giving it a 4 because the man at the counter was great. His energy was perfect, he checked in and we get complimentary drinks. That being said I got a gel pedicure and was told it would be an added gratuity fee which was fine. Until I kinda got talked into a certain pedicure which was pricey for what I was expecting to pay. The total was almost $100, and she didn’t talk at all except our initial greeting or when she wanted my feet in or out the water. I wasn’t told the price for gel polish.She didn’t do any cuticle care on my feet, just cutting and the added stuff for the pedicure. I didn’t feel rushed with the service , but I finished before someone that got there at the same time and who started before me. The minute I was done it felt like she was rushing me out the chair and she bounced so fast to the back area. If I return it definitely won’t be for her .

Service was excellent. My girl and I went for the first time. Ryan and Van took care of us and they did a stellar job with my oversized feet. And my girl was so relaxed and was also very happy with how we were treated! 10/10 will be back for birthday shots.

Horrible experience. I paid over 160$ for some cheap looking French nails as well the male pedicure chipped my skin off and almost tried to put polish over it. I told him not to put anything on that nail. And manicure lady was very quick and did not take her time with my nails. They just give you a random number to pay. I paid exactly 168.. there gratuity is WAY TO HIGH for the type of service they give. Both people who did my nails and toes were rough and rude and way way to quick did not take there time at all.

The service was absolutely horrible. We went there as a group. Several of us were not happy. I only had a pedicure and he tore up my foot. I’ve said multiple times that he was being rough. Even the owner told him about it after I spoke up.
He asked if I had gel nail polish on and I said that I did. He pulled out the drill with the hardest bit but didn’t think twice about it because you have to remove the top layer. Mind you, my toe nails had grown out quite a bit. They grow fast. Well he didn’t drill just the gel nail but on my natural nails like they also were fake. Then didn’t even get all the gel polish off. So I asked the manager if he was going to soak the rest. They spoke in their language and I was assured that they would. Never happened.
Then when he was filing my nails, he was pushing down into my skin. I said something about it. It caused my toes to bleed on the ends in a couple of spots. Then he pulled out the cuticle nippers. Big mistake. He proceeded to cut the cuticles which was actually okay. But it was when he went to clip the side of mu nails, separating it from my nail bed!!! That’s how you get ingrown nails!
The final straw was when he went to remove the calluses from the bottom of my feet. I hardly have any if any at all. The scrubbed the bottom of my feet so aggressively that I finally yelled out that it was enough and pulled my feet away. He told me he would just go ahead and paint them. I told him no because the gel polish wasn’t removed all the way and know it will show under the polish. I let him know he will no longer touch my feet.
I am a licensed tech. I came here with a group of friends to get our nails done together. They did so many things wrong but I kept trying to give them a chance but enough was enough. I will be notifying the board to inspect this place and their practices.
By the way, the cutting of the side of nails seems to be common practice because they did it to a couple of other friends with their manicures and hurt them as well.
