About Occidental Veterinary Hospital
Occidental Veterinary Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital that provides compassionate care and excellent customer service. They offer emergency services with short notice and convenient 24-hour turnaround on fecal tests. Their veterinarians, including Dr. Lane, take the time to listen and thoroughly diagnose and explain health issues and treatment options. The care provided by Dr. Lane and her staff is described as extremely helpful, thorough, and compassionate, often surpassing the quality found in many human primary care practices. They are transparent about costs, and the office is clean and well run. They provide gentle and peaceful care, even in difficult situations, and make the process as smooth as possible for pet owners. Many customers have expressed their gratitude, noting that their pets, like their "Big Puppy," leave happy and healthy after treatment.
