  I am most fortunate to have been introduced to Classic Auto by a friend who is also a long term client. Curt has both exceptional hands on skills as well as a deep understanding of the nuances of specialized automotive care. Curt very clearly enjoys problem solving to a full resolution and treats the vehicle as if it was his own. Moreover, he does not limit his attention solely to the presenting problem but inspects the entire engine, suspension, electrical and frame to look for future or unrecognized issues.
  
  This level of care and at most reasonable pricing makes Classic Auto Works my go to place for peace of mind automotive care.
  
  I recommend Curt and Jimmy without reservation.

  Took my car to them and they ripped me off $2000 and waisted 2 years of my time, my car is now in way worse condition than before all my new parts got ruined because they left my car outside uncovered, and ruined $12,000 of new parts and body work I had done before I took my car to this clown’s, I don’t recommend to anyone!

  Replaced the motor on my 1967 mustang Gt. I bought it in 1968, and it's like driving it when it was new. Great work at a reasonable price. Will continue to use Classic Auto Works. Max S.

  Kurt did an excellent job replacing my engine and all the parts needed. My 2008 Edge is like a brand new car now. He's worked on my older Ford Ranger as well. He knows his stuff. Sandy knows her stuff as well and keeps in close contact. If it turns out that more problems are found she calls to inform and give an option with a quote to authorize the work.   Based on previous reviews and conversations with the owners I had high hopes they would be able to complete my project. I have a dune buggy they said they could do engine/transmission work on. I set up an appointment to have it worked on 3/1/2021. They asked for a $500 deposit as well. I ended up picking it up incomplete and disassembled on 2/23/2022 almost a year later after only getting a written estimate for 3 times the amount initially discussed on 1/15/2022. Almost a year for an estimate. I was told since my vehicle was not a “primary vehicle” they put it on the back burner and the owner Kurt said he was afraid to work on it because he’d lose money. That wasn’t communicated until it was picked up though. Communication was always the issue and it seems like personal issues got in the way and were used as a way to constantly ask for more time and even make me feel bad for wanting my project prioritized. When I arrived to pick it up, it had obviously been sitting outside not sufficiently covered and was dripping with rust. Why wouldn’t it be stored inside? I was told that the rust would be easy for ME to clean up. Very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. This has cost me both time and money. While I understand their business and personal family issues, the way this was handled is unacceptable.Services: Engine repair

  Awful, awful experience. My car sat at their lot and they never worked on it. They give you a reasonable time frame when your vehicle will be done, collect your deposit money and after that — the woman who answers the phone just gives you the runaround when you call and eventually screens your calls — and I’ll be taking legal action with my lawyer as well as contacting the BBB.What they quoted is not what took place. They don’t value their customers. Had very high hopes for this company. ** Met 2 other customers of theirs who had near exact experiences. Knowing what I know now, I would steer clear from Classic Auto Works and would advise you to do the same.Look them up on BBB before you take your vehicle to them and you’ll see what I mean.

  Great company that actually cares about their customers and not just dollars. Husband and wife business done right! I’ve been going to them since about 2015 for my three cars and would not going any place else! I highly recommend for all of your automotive needs!!
