I have had several different auto body shops repair our cars in Visalia and now this shop in Oceano. I am completely impressed with this shop. Our car was repaired promptly, communication with us was excellent and the completed work was fantastic. Not only did they do a great repair but the whole car looked shined and cleaned. The car is a 2016 model so I expected the new painted area to make the older paint stand out. How they did it it I don' t know but the car looked like it was ready for a showroom.
I also want to mention that as a woman I have frequently experienced auto repair men speaking down to me. At CRC I felt completely respected when Jose, spoke with me.
I hope I won't ever need an auto body shop again. If I do, there is no question. I will go back to CRC. I encourage anyone needing an auto body repair. Go to CRC first.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The plastic bottom of my car started dragging. I called them and they got me in the next day. They were all extremely nice and fixed it free of charge. They just gained new customers from us!

CRC Auto Body is our first choice when we have any issue with our cars. The owner is quick to give us quotes and quick to help us figure out the best option for us. We've gone to CRC a few times for bigger issues and smaller issues and he's always up for any of it. I also love that the owner is visible in the community and has helped highlight other small businesses in the area.

When your car is the victim of a hit and run in a parking lot, it's never fun. But CRC took the pain out of the repair process. Jose was able to get my car in for an estimate almost immediately. His estimate was more than fair and the repair time estimate was shorter than I had imagined. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company which was especially helpful. My car was in and out in no time, and came out looking better than before! CRC also took the time to clean both the exterior and interior of my car, which was a nice unexpected surprise. I would 100% recommend CRC to anyone looking for a quick and painless auto body repair!

Let me tell you, finding a good auto body shop can feel like winning the lottery. But that's exactly what happened to me with CRC. From the first phone call to driving away in my gleaming, like-new F350, the entire experience was fantastic.

It all started with a hood weld that failed. I called CRC expecting the usual runaround, but the rep who answered Jose was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the entire process, calmed my nerves, and even scheduled a same-day virtual inspection .
Transparency Throughout
Once they took a look at the truck, the estimate was clear and fair. They explained everything in detail, from the parts needed to the timeline for repairs. They even kept me updated throughout the process with phone calls and even progress photos, which put my mind at ease.

What a great experience. My driver side mirror, on my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6 was hit by something, which loosened the faring on the back of the mirror. When I took it to the Hyundai dealership, they wanted $1700 because they said the whole mirror needed to be replaced. I took my vehicle to CRC Auto Body, and they fixed my mirror completely in about 5 minutes. When I tried to pay him he, he would not accept any payment. What a refreshing experience! I cannot recommend then highly enough.
