Quality Auto Body !
After going to 4 different auto body shops. I tried Quality Auto Body !
Met Rudy an he was very polite and very to the point ! of what needed to be done and the extra I wanted done. He was very honest and reasonable on his pricing. He bet all estimates from the other shops I had went to. In the end the work was 100% Quality and he stands by his work! So try the rest or go to the best Quality Auto Body !!!!

Wonderful job Rudy. Thank you. If your wondering if they do a great job at Quality Auto Body, they absolutely do. This is my third time using them. First a BMW 1992 E30 325i convertible for a full paint job that came out like a factory job at a great price. The second was another full body paint job on a 2003 Toyota Sequoia. Which I asked for a job that didn’t have to be perfect and the price was right for such a big SUV.Now I had Rudy paint my 2008 BMW 328i. Just the Roof, Hood, and bumpers because the paint was peeling really bad. I can’t believe the quality of the black metallic paint job they did. You CANT tell the difference in the new paint and the old. The whole car looks like a new car. Very impressed, and highly recommend.If you have doubts, don’t. They do amazing work here. After having a little incident with my car, I brought my car to many places in the Five Cities area as I was vacationing out here. I took it here because they had the lowest rates out of all the other body shop places in the area and the guy told me that he didn't have many cars to work on. So, I left my car with these guys so that they can work their magic. We were told that we should get the car back by Saturday (if he works that day because he's semi-retired) and I should get my car by Monday at the latest and he would let me know when the car will be ready. Saturday rolls around and we never received a call from anybody. "Okay," I said. Maybe the guy took Saturday off to be with the family and I wasn't bothered with that because a relative let me borrow her car while I wait for mine to get out of the shop. Monday comes along and I get no phone call throughout the rest of the day. Now, I was irate! I already gave the ride back because I thought I was going to get my car today! I ended up having to hitch a ride to see what the hell was going on because the guy didn't bother to pick up a phone and give an update. Turns out the guy was still not done and wanted another day. So, he couldn't tell me that over the phone? I would've been irritated but at the same I would have also accepted the fact that I had to wait another day! The fact that I never received a call that day is what pissed me off. Tuesday rolls along and the car is ready to be taken back. I will give these guys credit though. They did fix the bumper and did a pretty good job on it (with minimal imperfections on the paint) which is why I can't give these guys one star. What I don't understand, however, is WHY THE HELL WAS THE INTERIOR OF MY CAR DIRTY WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE OUTSIDE OF THE CAR!? There was a bunch of dust all over the dash of my car and all over the seats! They couldn't bother closing the windows when they were working on my car!? Why the hell were they opened in the first place!? I also don't understand why they changed the FM dial in my car (I ALWAYS leave it on 91.3 and it wasn't on 91.3 when I picked it up!) There's a radio in the body shop that appears to work fine, so I fail too see a reason why anyone at the place had to listen to the radio in my car! They also did a pretty HORRIBLE JOB at washing my car when it was presented! There was STILL dirt all around (good chance the paint got more scratched) and the parts the car had water stains throughout the paint! Seriously, if you couldn't wash a damn car, you should've just handed it dirty to me like you did with my interior and I would've done the rest (which I spent that evening doing)! BOTTOM LINE: Because of my experience with this body shop, I will no longer hesitate to splurge a couple hundred more if I ever have the misfortunes of getting into an accident (learned the "you get what you paid for" lesson the hard way). They did not meet my satisfaction in regards to customer service and the way they left the interior of my car and for those reasons I will never do business with these people again, nor will I recommend them to anybody.
