Very disappointing I went in this morning to pay a bill this is not the first time but this is the first time that the worker decided to keep a dollar of mine and only put $219 towards my bill instead of $220 I'm sure he knows how to count he just decided to buy me for $1 and I'm probably not the first person he's done it to this happened today early in the morning so whatever worker worked that shift is the one that's stealing money

The absolute rudest men work here! The younger one is always on his phone and you have to tell him several times what you need behind the counter. He cusses at customers under his breath and never acknowledges them. Or maybe its just because im a woman. The manager is always angry and upset with the female employees. The poor women who just started there is so sweet. I hope she finds a new location to work at because being in that atmosphere daily is not healthy. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!! Oh and if you want to use any type of coupon on the app prepare for lots of attitude. Not sure how this man is allowed to continuously treat customers this way and get away with it. Go to the 7-11 on Airport Dr. Their employees are incredibly kind

The employee’s conduct is unprofessional, characterized by rudeness and racism. They are frequently on the phone and appear to be overly watchful of their colleagues. Consequently, customers will never do business with them again.

Not sure about the other reviews why they are all bad but at this store one time in particular stands out i remember getting a big gulp & split my drink on the counter as soon as i did the guy behind the counter came over right away with a rag i offered to clean up he said “no sir” & proceeded to clean if up & allow me to fix myself a new drink. Only charged me for the one even though I spilt my other very kind & thoughtful. Wish i remembered his name this was about 2 months ago so i have forgotten.

I was there today with my mom. The guy behind the register a middle eastern was very rude. Called me stupid. How do people like this keep their job. I will never go back.

Not sure what the other ratings are specifying but when I went there as of 2024 dude was awesome and cool and happy my order was quick and done with in and out quickly not sure what other comments had to same but this guy we had a conversation and in and out

I've been going to this 711 for over 12years now and the same male employee has always given my family problems. You can use the app to scan and earn points and also pay with an ewallet like any other app! The same male employee has always had a rude remark to make especially when redeeming said points or scanning the barcode, no other employee has had a problem. I had enough points to redeem a large pizza last week, he threw an absolute fit started cussing in front of my 2 children because we were getting something "FREE". I Went in to get a coffee just recently when he completely refused to service me because he said he wasn't going to allow me to get ”FREE” items in his store! when he had just let another gentleman use his points to get a free pizza and 2 1L Lipton Teas.. It's none of his business how I'm paying for my items, I am not stealing! Corporate of course has never done anything about this man's behavior and it's clearly not getting any better.

I use the 711 APP where you can earn free items like any other app- We go in today to redeem my points with my son when the male employee says "are you getting free stuff?" I replied with it doesn't matter how I'm paying for it, im not stealing! He replied with I'm not allowing you to get free stuff in my store. I told him I'm using my points, what does it matter to him how I'm paying for my items?! He let someone use their points to get a pizza and two 1L Lipton teas- but refused to let me use my points?! Discrimination!! To say the least he refused service completely he also refused to let me speak with any kind of management, of course corporate was called. But I think I should contact a lawyer, because this isn't the 1st time the same employee has done this regarding their own app.
