Phoned their Business number@ 11:25 AM; to inquire availability. Was advised by a female answering: "HE is on the Phone right now and after a moments hesitation quickly added: "He is busy all day to day".........

Alex has helped me with catching up on three years of tax preparation. After the Thomas fire took basically everything we had, I let them go and Alex went above and beyond to compile all that info. Very professional and efficient. I would recommend Effitax to anyone.

Alex helped make an intimidating prior year filing very, very simple, clear, and quick. I reached out on Saturday morning and my prior year e-filing went through by Sunday at noon. Alex is very communicative and helpful and professional. I will be returning to use his services for my current year filing. As someone who has alway been intimidated by taxes, I am glad to have found Alex and Effitax via word of mouth and will continue to use his tax services every year. I reached out to the Effitax office on Saturday morning and my taxes were filed by Sunday noon. Alex is very helpful, communicative, and on top of his client's filings. He helped me with my prior year filing this weekend & I will work with him again for my current year filing. He is very fast and has a great rate. Alex saved my life! Well, not exactly but after letting our taxes fall behind because of the loss of our house, garage barn and pretty much everything we owned in the Thomas Fire, we were way behind! We also had a pretty complex tax situation and Alex did a great job while making needed recommendations on how to go forward for the tax years upcoming. In dealing with Alex, I was extremely pleased at his professionalism and efficiency. I appreciated the measures taken to secure my personal data, since the majority of the process was conducted online via email and phone calls due to Covid-19 Restraints in Oxnard,CA. My tax person was too busy to see me! I saw the reviews for Effitax and called this morning. Alex got on the phone and spoke to me directly. He asked if I could come in at 2!
