Operators via phone try to upgrade a secondary account every time I call when I would be calling for help just understanding a tranactions or a type of fee. I am not fond of automated systems of any kind and prefer to speak with a human and not a pre recorded call. When I went in the bank I was working with a lovely agent Hilda G. I broke down my issues regarding the details my account. She addressed every question I had in dept with patience. That's what customer service is all about. This beach and Hilda were awesome.”
