Libbey Park is a tranquil, centrally located park in the city of Ojai, offering an excellent choice for families or a lunch break @work. It has a wonderful large playground that is big enough for several kids and teens, with slides, spinners, a great area for little kids, and a separate area for the bigger kids. Classic Ojai hot days are eased by good amount of shade and misters. The park also has many tennis courts, multiple restrooms, and a very beautiful picnic area. During summer, large spiders may appear near light poles, fences, and bleachers. Concerts are held at the Libbey Bowl; a band performance is always awesome and a good way to start the summer. Two thumbs up!
