Ojai Self Storage has always made my moves and storage needs easy and smooth with wonderful customer service. Tracy and all the staff are very friendly and wonderful people who have always made my experience a nice one. The units are affordable, clean, secure, and well lit. I recently transferred my unit to a friend and the process was painless and super easy. Definitely worthwhile.

Wonderful people. Easy to work with. Great facilities. And the staff are super helpful. I wasn't able to give more than 30 days notice for vacating and they didn't charge me an additional month as standard at most storage facilities. I've tried a few and this is definitely my top choice for storage in Ventura county.

Ojai Self Storage has clean, easy to access, brightly lit storage options in a peaceful quiet corner of Ojai. I used their facility for several years while traveling and always felt my belongings were safe and secure--because they were! Owner manager Tracy is professional, warm, accessible, smart, helpful and kind! Both my move-in and move out were graceful and easy because Tracy and her team helped everything go smoothly and handled things like completing auto-pay ahead of time and being flexible with the timing. The price was also excellent in the current storage market. Thank you Ojai Self Storage!

When life forces you to car live , decide what things are important to keep you alive and in some place you feel normal ...storage units become a necessity. I have had many experiences including being left for dead with a gaping head wound at Bryant circle self storage (don't trust them ) , had openly crazy homeless after me , and Ojai self storage kept out those who didn't have a unit there . They watch for you , care about you , and yes even when a huge motorhome is ruining the ability to car park when ur forced to sleep in it , they still understand and have your back ! Good pricing and quality people who run it !

Tracy and the team have been great over the years. We have been using Ojai Self Storage now for about 3+ years and they are always helpful, pleasant, reachable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Ojai Self Storage.

Very professional and courteous staff. Place was clean and accessible. All the staff made me feel welcome and it felt like my items are under their personal care, I liked that. They took the time to assist with questions and made sure I have what I need and it made the hassle of moving tolerable! To everyone that works there, Thanks for doing such an A+ job!

Rented a few units here for about a year - never had an issue accessing my stuff and it was always extremely clean and well lit. Tracy was always available via email or phone if I had a question. Would definitely recommend Ojai Self Storage!

I rented a unit for seven years and felt it was a kind of home base, or anchor for me during this time, as I was moving about a lot, not staying in one place. Tracy and Kent were also anchors for me as I always received a friendly greeting, welcome and chat. You get way more than a mere storage unit here. You the the warmth of human kindness. It's really remarkable considering the cold human condition, so often. Plant your stuff here. You'll be glad you did, plus there were no critters or bugs even after seven years. How remarkable is that !

I can't recommend this facility enough! Tracie, the manage, has bent over backwards to make sure that my belongings are safe and secure, and she has accommodated me for the last year since I moved to Colorado. Her follow-through is impeccable!

I recently rented a 10x15 unit at Ojai Self Storage to help with the logistics of a move. The process of renting, accessing, and cancelling my lease after the move was incredibly simple, and the staff members were courteous and helpful. Moving can be complicated and stressful, but Ojai Self Storage's no-nonsense service made it easier.

We recently moved from Ojai to Portland, and Tracie the manager at Ojai Self Storage was extremely helpful, professional, and always friendly during all of the last minute stress we had to deal with from issues with our original movers. She saved the day. Great place, nice & clean, good staff, and very inexpensive compared to most storage facilities.
