This is a great little Friends of the Library bookstore. Friends of the Library organizations sell donated books to support library programs. I've been to a handful and this one was small but had a great selection, considering. Prices were standard for this kind of store, with $2 paperbacks and $3 hardbacks. They have a children's section and some non-fiction interests, as well as coffee table books and DVDs. I mostly browsed the fiction section, and the volunteer also pointed me towards a back room brimming with mass market paperbacks (which I think were $1). I made some great finds in excellent condition. I wouldn't go in looking for anything in particular, but if you fancy a browse it's perfect for a discovery trip. Everything was in good to great condition, I didn't see anything that looked too beaten up. Always a bonus! I actually found a brand new paperback of a book I recently bought for $17, being sold for $2. I snapped it up to give to a friend so we can read it together. The volunteer was chatting with another customer and she sounded very passionate about the bookshop and making customer visits easy. With that in mind, they accept cash and Venmo. Luckily I had just enough dollar bills to cover my purchases. Well worth a visit!
