The staff is great and very helpful, with excellent customer service skills. They care about pets and show customers the ropes, such as how to use the self-service dog washing stations. The stations are supplied with all the material at a reasonable price, and the bathtub is big enough for multiple dogs. Employees give the best recommendations and share amazing best practices, offering reassurance and calming guidance, especially to new pet owners. Pets themselves love walking around the store.

We were visiting from out of town and needed to give our dog a bath. They supplied all the material and at a very reasonable price. Looks like store has been there for many years. Reminds me of an old feed store, which is sweet. Employees were very helpful and our pup loved walking around the store.
