Very rude customer service to the point of not going to this location anymore in mieners oaks near ojai ca. There are limited places to eat here and these two women are so rude every time I have went in there. To top it off do not ask for fresh sliced anything and definitely do not expect to get the cookie or churro as they say they are not available at their location.

Same problems as everyone seems to have had last 6 months. Worst customer servuce ive ever experienced. Manager was there and watched another employee ask me to leave because of my body language.

I placed an order on the mobile app, buy one footlong get one half off. My boyfriend and I ordered the same sandwich, the Bella Mozza, but there was a glitch on the app and evidently the order wasn't actually placed, even though I was charged. My boyfriend went to pick up the sandwiches, but the employees said they had no such order. Because I placed the order as a guest, I could not pull up order history on the app and my bank's app does not allow screenshots for security reasons. My boyfriend told them this, but they said we'd be refunded. He ordered the same sandwiches (paid regualr price), but they didn't even know how to make them! They kept asking him what he wanted on them, and he said how they come on the menu. He just got home with our lunch and the sandwiches are completely wrong. How do these employees not know how to make sandwiches from their own menu? Ridiculous. They were also very unfriendly to my boyfriend and had an attitude like they didn't want to be working. This is the worst experience we've had at this location.

Out of all the Subways I've been to across the midwest, the one in my own hometown of 30 years, sandwich buying, is the worst in existence. They make it clear that they literally hate you, as soon as they make first eye contact. From here on out it, it is blood, and your sandwich experience is going to be absolutely traumatic by the time it ends up in your hand. Your sandwich will be wrong, and no, you won't have one remade, or get your money back. You will only receive the cold-dead-stare of someone who considers you their mortal enemy, untill you leave the establishment dissatisfied with or w/out sandwich. Sub-Zero ala Scorpion. It's as if the employees are stuck doing chores because the manager grounded them, along with their self. I can easily say this Subway has been in this condition for atleast the past 4 years. No sign of a franchise manager, or corporate response, to any of the SERIOUS problems that exist here and have been made known. 15 years ago, this used to be a great place to eat. Hope it is one day again. -Zanz

Worst subway ever with nasty service ?The older looking lady who states she’s the manager but can’t seem to make anything right cannot communicate in English and instead laughs and she seems off she was constantly on her phone with gloves while bagging sandwiches . She over sauced my sandwich when I told her light twice . I told her I didn’t want it that way and if she could remake it . She kept giving these ugly looks and talking info Spanish and probably smack . Very unprofessional. Service .

The absolute worst subway. Period. And that is saying A LOT. Because come on. It's subway. The bar is already as low as it gets. But the employees carry themselves like they have a stick up their butt. And they never have meatballs! Like Wtf!! The meatball sub is a subway classic! Why don't you ever have meatballs?!?!

Rude, misogynistic employees interrupted and yelled at me for asking why our food was almost an hour late! After I canceled the order they had the audacity to yell obscenities at me all the way out! The place was probably 100 degrees and filled with bugs!

Refused to refund an online order. Order a steak egg and cheese wrap online , 20 mins later went to pick it up and they said they had no eggs. Then proceeded to refuse refund our money or tell us how to go about all they knew was how to say I don't know. Will not be going back to this and currently getting in contact with corporate so something can be done.

I don't eat meat she refilled the ham and then made my sandwich with ham juice gloves she wouldn't remake it sandwich tasted like ham she didn't speak good English but I'm sure she understood

1 star only because I got my sandwich I'm a local and won't come back here. It was a quick , convenient option on my way back home after a busy day, but the service here is awful. The kids that work here look like they hate their jobs, and people for that matter. I tried to do a curbside pick up, because I had a car full of kids but, it didn't work. And the girl wouldn't honor my BOGO half off deal for an additional order (since I had to go inside) unless I sat there and did the order online on my phone such a joke of a place. They probably don't pay much, which is why these kids act like they're doing patrons "a favor" by being here.
