They have a really good meat and seafood counter. Very clean with friendly staff. I would like them to stock the fresh produce better. Pay attention to rotten veggies and out of stock items. They are a good Vons, overall.

Nate in the deli is slow, refuses to acknowledge customer when waiting in line, talkative with other employees and refuses to work with any urgency.

I hate this store. That stupid app is a time waster and frustrating. Isles are crowded and people are clueless that they are blocking isles. Poor selection and overpriced.

When the seafood department employee is so aggressive and unhappy that they make you feel like you need to apologize for inconveniencing them for daring to shop at their store. I don't feel safe shopping there alone anymore.

This store is surviving off the fact that they're the only semi-reasonably priced grocery store in the valley. Rude employees, checkers that act personally inconvenienced for having to do their job, rude customers, super narrow aisles. Always some drama or negative thing happening, and almost always crowded.

They close their doors 15 minutes early. They don’t care if you just need to run in for something. If it closes at 11, they lock you out by 10:45

I am disappointed, the website shows that the Argentine shrimp is available, however none is in the freezer. In fact no wild shrimp is available, only the Indonesian sewage pond farmed raised garbage. Going to Ventura Vons on the Avenue, I found nice wild caught Key West Gulf shrimp.

Last 5 times I've been in store they have been out of ad items, it's bad order writing and from what I hear they have auto orders so seems they are not adjusting shelf stock due to errors of theft and not ringing up items correctly, also with theft it's crazy going in store when high school gets out because tons of kids come in and steal, I literally stopped 1 cause it felt like the right thing to do, Like get some door men help to be aware because it's just getting worse, why do we rest need to pay for items then? Price goes up cuz of this

Vons App! We usually spend 200.00 shopping weekly. I save 40 -80.00 easily! I have redeemed reward points on paper towels, charcoal, eggs, and trash bags ( sented onesk)! The best part is that you can use multiple rewards on the same shopping trip. Who does not love FREE?

The deli section is out of hand. No one cleans up back there. I wouldn't even think of eating the cold, prepared salads behind the glass. sometimes the fried chicken is good, but it also tastes burnt 60% of the time. It's clear that they don't change the oil often. The potato wedges and everything they cook in that old oil tasted burnt. The staff are usually helpful, but morale seems low.
