The Hummingbird Cottage is just lovely! The property is well maintained and charming. There is organic granola, fruit, coffee and tea. Two beautiful dogs and eight chickens will entertain you. I can't wait to come back!

There aren't a lot of choices in Olema for overnight accommodations. There are three rooms in the bed and breakfast. The rooms are quaint and comfortable but there's no hot breakfast. So if cereal and a banana is all you desire from a B&B this is the place for you.
Just thirty-five miles north of San Francisco, the Bear Valley Cottage is surrounded by hundreds of miles of hiking, biking and horseback trails in the Point Reyes National Seashore. Our charming cottage accommodates groups of up to four people and includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a dining area and a kitchenette stocked with organic granola, muesli, Straus milk and cream, locally roasted Masterpiece Coffee, Mighty Leaf Tea and seasonal fruit. Our business holds an *Award for Excellence* from the Marin Economic Commission recognizing us as contributor to a vibrant and sustainable Marin economy. The cottage is conveniently located a half-mile from the main visitor center of the Point Reyes National Seashore.
