The place is nice and it's convenient but their prices I think went up a little too fast and a lot more they also charge you for an administration fee ???? they charge you $25 deposit that's understandable I had a storage unit there a few months back they said that there was no grace.period I'm not too sure about that ,because when you pay rent you have up until the 5th to pay your rent other places give you 10 days this place doesn't give you a day, oh and make sure that you do tell them you don't want to be text or called because they will harass you on the phone about payment coming up I am a person that speaks her mind and does not like to lie to people,I am a veryhonest person,to provide people with good recommendations, ever since that gentleman that was there left the place has been upgraded it looks nice and clean but it gives me impression that they're money hungry, and don't work with people , after a blood clot I called the lady and told her that I was going to be late because I have been in the hospital and cannot make it she then called me and texted me and asked if I had a credit card so I could pay my bill over the phone I have been there for years with them and it's not like I had never paid them that is the reason why I actually left my storage unit after so many years because of the harassment I showed her through a text a hospital discharge paper and they didn't care they just wanted their money so sorry to say this but for this reason I'm only going to give you three stars after being concerned I asked this lady how often did they do increases because it seemed like they had just done one about 6 months ago and she said that they had done one a year ago which I'm not too sure about that so for people that have been there she said we only increased $10 more but for new people they charge them a lot more which I think is unfair they should be charged the same rate as everybody else, this is the olivehurst area and there's a big differece between yuba City and Marysville

The place out front always looks trashy before construction. They have the place closed due to cons now but no one out there working. The lady in the office is not very friendly either.

On site manager is not friendly with me due to me wanting to pay my rent with cash. She oddly never has change and has been rude about it. I’ve shown up prior to closing and she’s closed the office early on the weekdays several times.

Very friendly ,helpful and dependable . Always a joy to visit and I would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit. I've never had a problem with a break in of my unit. The prices can't be beat!!
