I had a wonderful experience at Storage Stars. I was cleaning out 2 units and the first one they blew it and took it off my monthly bill. Then the 2nd unit I finally got it cleaned out. And before I got back to sleepy and tell them I was out, they had already taken care of the unit and took it off monthly bill. One of the units was hard to lift open, I mentioned to staff and the next time I was there the door had been fixed. All Great remarks nothing BAD”

I have had my entire house (5 bedroom)stored at plumas lake storage for over 3 years, I have a 10x40 storage and all of my stuff is very well protected, very clean, no problem with rodents or weather. They are the nicest people to do business with and very caring of your individual situation. I appreciate plumas lake storage especially Kim for all their help and concern for my stored belongings. The facility is very secure, the available bathrooms are super clean, and they are an all around fantastic group of people. Thank you plumas lake storage for being so great.”
