Customer Service is always above and beyond with my usual 100 questions I have & the many random inexpensive things i purchase. I definitely am a regular but am in no means a big spender because life is expensive !! Yet they are always so very accommodating and helpful, and go above and beyond by making my shopping experience leaving me with a smile on my face each time!
not to mention they have a HUGEEEEE SELECTION of anything and everything you need From quality Kratom, to reasonably priced glass/or if you are like me who breaks everything & buys strictly silicone smoking pieces, to silicone containers and cases. not to mention they have CERAMIC NAILS which not all smoke shops have hopped on that train yet and they really need to because stainless steel is garbage and titanium just isnt for me. i buy all my torches/butane products here &they never disappoint or crap out on me once i am home (again like some shops around this town, they wont even consider exchanging anything once you have left the store) but the Dungeon has never denied me &i have only had that happen 1 time w/ a can of butane in the 10+years i have been shopping here.
they also carry a ton of tattoo equipment (again--all very decently priced for the brands on their shelves) from high quality ink, to artificial skins, needle cartridges in any size mag or liner you are looking for. to green soap tincture, to tattoo machine sleeves, ink cups, ACTUAL TATTOO MACHINES fully equipped, and much more! as an amateur local tattoo artist, it is great having all of this tattoo equipment just around the corner from my apartment. i can just run a flew blocks around the corner and grab something if i am out or running out and have clientele to attend to rather than wait for anywhere from 10-14 business days if i order it online. they got everything you need here !!!!
dont waste your time going to the other local smoke shops in yuba/sutter county. they are all overpriced and you definitely wont receive the same satisfaction and help as a customer with your overall shopping experience!!”
