“I was in the area for a wedding and noticed my watch battery was dead. I called the closest store and unfortunately they were unable to switch my battery but recommended bluestone. I called and spoke with one of the owners and he told me they can absolutely get me a new battery. I was able to bring the watch as soon they opened he went straight to the back and got it done within ten minutes and even cleaned the watch a little. The lady at the front desk was very nice and we talked while my watch was getting worked on. I did get a chance to look around and they had amazing looking jewelry. I will definitely bring my wife to look around when I am in the area next time.”

“Stumbled upon Mo, Jo & Zoe while walking downtown Truckee. Such good vibes in this shop! The owner was so friendly, helpful, and sweet. You can find funny mugs, bath bombs, greeting cards, cute hair clips, a wide selection of jewelry, unique stationary, stickers, women's clothing, and shoes. I found a cute pair of snowshoes that I'm so excited about. And found some cute gifts too! I thought pricing was good. Definitely will be back next time we're in town again.”

“My hubby and I stopped in and after doing some browsing around I spotted the Fresh Midnight Galaxy handcrafted snapback hat by Fresh Air Clothing and decided to pick it out for him. He loved the cool design and it looked amazing on him! He also loved the fact that every hat purchase from Fresh Air Clothing works with the non-profit Sugar Pine Foundation to plant a tree for the Save The Trees Project! I would definitely recommend Tahoe Trunk Show that has been in the Cobblestone Shopping Center for 10 years now and was voted the best gift shop in North Tahoe! This small business gets all of their items locally and specialize in handcrafted art, jewelry and more! The staff member was very helpful and sweet and the shop is well organized! “We took a day trip from Tahoe to Truckee and were looking for a Christmas present for our parents. Immediately upon walking into the store the atmosphere and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We found a wedding vase with a wonderful story behind it as a gift for our parents. The ladies graciously offered to gift wrap it and the young lady that did it did a beautiful job. Every one in the store was so wonderfully welcoming. I plan on going back one more time before our trip back home as there is another gift there I feel I have to have! If the store hadn't been so great I wouldn't even consider making the trip back.”

“I cannot recommend this business highly enough! The items they carry are incredibly unique and the staff is very accommodating in locating a different item should you prefer a different color or configuration. I have made numerous purchases in the store & via telephone - when I saw a piece I liked in the store but did not purchase it then. The staff worked with me to purchase it over the phone, have it appraised & shipped to me - (I live out of state) - insured as it was quite expensive, with a specific delivery date & time per my request. They have another piece I want, but in a different color configuration & design. They worked with directly with theartist who is willing to make the changes I requested. I just can't say enough good things about this store & it's personnel. I wish I was able to get to Truckee more often, it is definitely my favorite store - & people!”
