The snow turns Everline into a winter wonderland. The staff are helpful and attentive. The hotel is decent. You have to walk a short distance, uncovered area, to the guest town. Also the self parking is pretty far out.If it is snowing, walking from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, the lobby to guest town, it is a touch of inconvenient.Other than that, Everline has great selections of restaurants, gym, pool and spa. With the Resort chair next to the guest town. You have direct access to Palisade.Nearby activities: Direct access to Palisade.Food & drinks: Six peak is nice.

many issues with our room and service:1. room thermostat set to automatically change temperature to 68. my kids waking up middle fo the night cold and freezing. initially i was told it is not automatic but later was told that the hotel thermostat automatically resets to 68 which is pretty cold for kids jn cold winter.2. room window held together by duct tape. we noticed this after unpacking all our stuff and though they were willimg to relocate us but packing and unpacking 2 babies things and our clothes too cumbersome so we asked that they re-duct tape better so there is not ad much of a wind draft in our room.3. bo warning sign abd. o enclosure on a fireplace that has a glass that can mot be opened and turns scalding hot. my 18 month old got a second degree burn on hisnhand from the fireplace. any decent establishment would have some kind of enclosure around such a fireplace or at least have a warning sign.4. staff unresponsive to customer requests and bot well trained or well informed. asides from serious concerns above, the can not accomplish simple tasks that you ask multiple times such as refilling bodywash in the rooms. we asked multiple times for this.frankly if it was not so hard to move with 2 babies i would have left this place and moved to another place.

My initial check-in experience left me feeling unwelcome. The staff member seemed disinterested and failed to provide any information about the hotel or breakfast arrangements. It was disappointing and put a damper on my excitement for the trip. However, I must commend the valet parking team for their exceptional service. They were extremely helpful, welcoming, and warm, which brightened my day.The first impression is impossible to repeat the second time. I would hope that the staff greet guests with a more positive attitude.

Overall, my experience at this resort was positive, but there was one incident that I feel compelled to mention. The resort itself is lovely, conveniently located near the Palisades, with good service overall. The staff assisted with our luggage promptly, valet parking was efficient, and the amenities like the swimming pool and hot tub were maintained at the perfect temperature. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a satisfying variety of options, including made-to-order omelets, and our dinner at Six Peaks was delicious and enjoyable. However, I must deduct two stars from my rating due to an incident that occurred during our dining experience at Six Peaks. On Monday, February 19th, around 6:30 PM, my party of two was waiting to be seated. Another couple arrived and stood behind us in line. When the receptionist appeared, she warmly greeted the couple behind us first, despite us being next in line. When the couple politely indicated that we were ahead of them, it highlighted a lapse in the receptionist's attention to the order of guests waiting. While some may perceive this as a minor oversight, I believe it's important to address. In service industries, particularly in roles like reception, attention to detail and fairness in serving guests according to the principle of first-come-first-serve are crucial. Every guest's experience should be equally valued, regardless of their race or ethnicity. As an Asian guest, I couldn't help but wonder if our ethnicity played a role in the oversight, especially considering that the couple who was greeted first was white. For context, the receptionist I'm referring to is a young woman with a darker complexion who was conversing in Spanish with her coworker at the bar. While I acknowledge that everyone can make mistakes, especially in busy environments, it's important for such oversights to be addressed to ensure the best possible experience for all guests.

I'm so disappointed since the Hyatt took over. The staff is totally wonderful but they Hyatt doesn't hire enough people. The lines for the front desk are way too long. And same with getting help with valet. It's ridiculous.

Our recent stay at Everline Resort and Spa was beautiful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of activities, the fireplace adds to the warmth of the room. We had fantastic robes in the room that are made for outside spa activities, as they are extremely warm and fluffy on the inside. Staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The resort offers a big variety of amenities to suit every guest's needs. It has spa, gym, pools and hot tubs. We had a great time in the outdoor hot tub, soaking up the beautiful views of the mountains while we relaxed. The breathtaking views surrounding the resort – simply mesmerizing! One of the highlights was the convenient access to the lifts, making it effortless to hit the slopes and explore the stunning mountain scenery. The only drawback for us was the flowers in the breakfast bar Cascades. Each table had a little vase with flowers and all of them were completely dead, coming back the next day — they weren’t replaced even though we pointed that out a day earlier. It would be great if the resort can pay attention to small details like this.Overall, I highly recommend Everline Resort and Spa for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway!

I frequently enjoy Everline, but I had never experienced the incredible breakfast buffet at the Cascade Restaurant in the Everline Resort. The made-to-order omelette station delivered on tasty omelette, then I strolled the different tables enjoying fresh raw salmon, capers, Belgian waffles, fresh dumplings, bagel spread...I couldn't stop tasting all the freshness...pineapple, yogurt with granola, fresh strawberry/banana smoothie!Service was exceptional with Heidi and Johnny coordinating deftly to keep four hungry men satiated...thanks so much...ps great fresh coffee!

I met with Brett today for a wedding tour, and was highly impressed with her professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. The venue was absolutely stunning and has many gorgeous options for hosting your wedding or special event (both indoor and outdoor). I had a chance to walk around the grounds and was impressed with how perfectly manicured everything was, and how each staff member I encountered was so kind and knowledgable. I highly suggest checking out Everline for your Wedding or Event!

I have loved this place since it opened in the 90s. The biggest problem is the wait for the restaurants often stretches beyond 1 hour and the hot tubs etc. get overcrowded so easily. The shuttles to the Village run too infrequently in the mornings and afternoons. The Everline has some work to do before it can reclaim its former glory. Nobody should feel like they have to wait to use the amenities, this isn’t Spirit Airlines but a high class hotel. It’s time they stepped up.
