I came here to choose between a few boards I’d been looking at online (Capitas and a Jones). This shop had them all in stock. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about the boards. He asked questions about my preferred riding style and helped me understand the boards better to make a decision.

Best place and awesome store to shop. Gotta give all the credit to Kir. He’s the Best! Kir is always in when I need new gear or anything and Kir knows his stuff and is the expert on everything Tahoe and Boards. World of gratitude to Kir for making this store experience five stars! Anyone who doesn’t think this place is five stars, well better not say…. It’s the best Resorts store period and fairly priced for one too.

Probably the worst store in the village. Went in to buy some apparel, walked out to have my daughter try it on, came back in with the packaging still intact, asking to simply exchange for a different size. I was told no, while two employees sat on the counter on their phones. This place is a joke.

My husband bought a pair of gloves for our daughter here and went to exchange them 15 minutes later for a different size and the employees wouldn’t allow it. I find it absurd that they couldn’t allow a simple exchange for the same product in a different size. Of course, the gloves were not worn and in the original packaging as when sold to him moments before.

I just finished a day at squaw/palisades for a day of snowboarding. Five runs in the buckle on my ankle strap of my binding broke. I headed to The Ledge in hopes of buying a replacement angle strap so i didn't have to spend $300 on new binding or scrap a day on the mountain. The guy i spoke to said he was completely out of replacement parts. Lucky for me, he found a spare wayward used ankle strap in a bucket. Amazingly, he gave it to me at no charge. Not just after making a buck. What a great shop. Thank you.

We were in this store for about 15 minutes, and an employee spent almost the entire time glaring at us. It was well before closing, so I don't know what his issue was. I even tried being friendly with him, but it definitely didn't work.Maybe it was some outdated cool guy skate shop vibing. I have no idea, but it made both my wife and I pretty uncomfortable. I didn't catch his name, but he had blond hair (somewhat long, I think, under his hat), shorts, and Vans on.I give the place two stars because the browsing was good, and I appreciated the owner's deck collection on display. Still, I recommend people go elsewhere until the owner changes up his employees.

ZERO. DISMAL EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE HERE IS RIDICULOUS. BAD ATTITUDES, UNPROFESSIONALISM, FAUX CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVERYTHING. FIRE EVERYONE. ONTOP OF THAT, GO TO TAHOE DAVE'S-THEY ARE FRIENDLY THERE & ACTUALLY RIDE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE IN TAHOE. I AM ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHED A PLACE LIKE THE LEDGE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. NEVER GONNA GET A DIME FROM ME AGAIN. RIP.

Unimpressed, especially with customer service. We actually tried on two occasions. The first one I was there with my Family who got frustrated with interactions at the counter and left without making the purchase. I went back another time my partner joining me eventually, and both left equally (if not more) frustrated the second time around and ultimately wished we’d sourced the items elsewhere.

The staff were very kind and one dude advised me on what skate shoes to get. They only have vans shoes but a lot of clothes and snowboards. They had a few skateboard decks but it looked like there could have been a bit more on another day. They had stance socks and a wide variety of hats. They also have trucks and wheels for skateboards. Overall a good experience.

Walking through Olympic Village, we spotted this store, with its assortment of snowboarding and skiing goodies. They have a great selection of goggles, hats, and all sorts of random gear. It's a lot of clothing, though I'm pretty sure they have boards too - I didn't go on that side of the shop though, I was in a rush. Their goggles are locked up, and getting someone's attention, and then finding someone else that has a key to said lock, could take a bit of time. Still, they have some fun gear and accessories.

I went in here to buy a board bag. They had a solid selection ranging in prices from $35 to $150. The staff was helpful and friendly, explaining the differences between a $35 and a $150 bag. "Wheels and padding," apparently.
