If you enjoy long waits, slow service, and a staff that seems to actively discourage people from getting in line, then this USPS location is the place for you! The efficiency here is truly remarkable—if the goal is to make a simple errand feel like an all-day event. I especially love the part where they don’t let people line up properly, adding a fun little element of confusion to the experience. Truly a masterclass in how not to run a post office.

Waited 2 HOURS just to get ONE passport, and at the end I NEVER even got it!!! the lady in blond was super unprofessional and honestly the whole time she was just wasting our time gossiping to others! Never again going here and I don’t recommend this to others as well !!

When I live in Rancho Cucamonga we pick up our mail until we moved of state best service ever. . Never crowded

It’s 832 and they’re just now pulling in to work. I’ve got a flight in 45 minutes and I’m trying to mail a package before the flight. What a disappointment.

Walked up to this location to pull the door handle at 4:59PM . The two black ladies that were at the location locked the door upon me trying to give them my package. I knocked and they ignored me. A driver drove up to building and said they might be closed. He offered to help me because how I was treated by the two ladies inside but realized the label I had needed to be scanned. What happen to good customer service? It doesn’t live here.

Excellent service. It was quiet, uncrowded, pleasant on a Tuesday afternoon. Not a lot of traffic in the area and parking is easy.
