Walked up to this location to pull the door handle at 4:59PM . The two black ladies that were at the location locked the door upon me trying to give them my package. I knocked and they ignored me. A driver drove up to building and said they might be closed. He offered to help me because how I was treated by the two ladies inside but realized the label I had needed to be scanned. What happen to good customer service? It doesn’t live here.

Excellent service. It was quiet, uncrowded, pleasant on a Tuesday afternoon. Not a lot of traffic in the area and parking is easy.

Everytime I go here I always have a package that comes up miss. I'm a reseller and like a fool I went to them again. I even talked to the gentlemen in charge. He told me to wait a couple of more days. Of course it never started tracking. Now I have another package missing. I will never go here again. Something isn't right about this place. Also they now that friendly.!!!

I loooooved this USPS! It’s a small trailer that transports to another time. The staff was super friendly and the mailboxes are vintage! I’ll be returning for sure! I barely waited in line.

Im not sure what this blonde lady's problem was on 1/21/22 at 8:30am that she told me my package cant be sent like this . I understand flaps have to close which they were . I have dropped multiple times here the same package exactly the same way . She seemed upset when i was trying to explain to her that i was told by a USPS employee that aslong as the flaps close properly the box itself can be bulge . Obviously not to an extreme but even the flaps have different bending points so you can bend them as needed . I used tape due to the fact that i have had issues where the actual sealing tape on the box opens up during transit . . She didnt seem to care all she said was "those are the rules they have to close normally , i can send it but its going to come back" .. If its not acceptable , you cant ship it period . So thats how i knew she was the only one with the problem. Never had any complaints with my packages or even any sent back to me . I took it to the post office near my house and i confirm with them that the packaging was acceptable . Maybe having a bad day , but realize some people live out of Small businesses for their income. Just like you are doing your job , so am i and your making a delay on my packages for no reason other than your personal opinions . I understand theirs a limit with how many you can bring . (I was told once) and i respected that but this was just nonsense . "If it fits , it ships"
