They say there's no such thing as a bad gym, but this one really needs more space for stretching, and many extra squat racks, 2 is not enough! I left after 10 minutes to finish my workout at home. I've enjoyed 24 hour fitness at Costa Mesa, Irvine, North Hollywood, but this one was truly incomparably worse than those locations. Pity.

This gym got me sick I was there Wednesday night for the first time and boy do I regret it. It was so crowded and no air ventilation the gym equipment is also old and over worked. I dont know why there is never air ventilation but you NEED it I got the flu I’m still sick and that’s the only place I went to but if you saw what I saw you would agree.

this is probably a better gym for bodybuilding, i can appreciate the indoor swimming pool and jacuuzi, but the steamroom is not my favorite as its usually dirty, and usually at most gyms theres a wringer for swimwear but i didnt find one here. as for the lockerrooms, there is plenty of space and lockers, but comparing the showers to golds gym, at golds theres plenty of open showers and actual shampoo, conditioner and body wash, here they have closed stalls and only the hand soap dispensers as a 3 in 1, even planet fitness has hair dryers and unfortunately 24 hour fitness has none of that

Been coming here for a year now and it's a little subpar than some other ones but it does the job. My usual time: Between 12pm - 3pm weekdaysParking: There's a small lot close by and it's usually full but there's a huge structure in the back that's free. Just gotta go up to the second floor.Pros:- They got a basketball court, pool, a couple of workout rooms that are spacious- Off summer season it's not too crowded during lunchtimeCons:- The lower dumbbell weights are perpetually missing. Like between 17lbs and 30lbs.- They only have 4 squat racks that are split between the top and bottom floor- The functional trainer cable machines are always stacked with people so you'll probably gotta assert your dominance to get in there lol.- Paper towel and cleaning stations got reduced after a recent renovation. And the ones that exist are always empty lol

I am stopped at the entrance every single time I come in for a workout. They always claim I haven't made my monthly payment wrongly. My payment is automatic. There is nothing wrong. No one fixes this problem. And they continue to stop me every single time. This is extremely annoying. I'm considering going back to LA Fitness to avoid this..

I give it a three because how can these Gyms be called 24 Hour Fitness when they not even open 24 Hours anymore. Covid is over with what are we doing. Besides that the facility is very nice and lots of Amenities as well.

The gym is dirty and the equipment is outdated. They force you to show a photo ID when you bring in a guest. If you’re going to rant about liability, then maybe you should update the equipment and sanitize the gym.

I like this location, parking is easy. The crew keeps it very clean. I only wish it would go back to be open 24 hrs. Overall is a great place to get your workout.

This place is super dirty. Trash and dust everywhere. I tried 3 days free- they said it had just repainted. However, bathroom walls and lock room molds everywhere. Floor is very sticky. Only 2/3 paper towel stations to clean on top floor. The first floor is a big mess.

I like this 24 hour fitness location its is clean and desk staff were nice parking was good. I usually go to the one in Redondo Beach as I live in South Bay but this one was good and would come back if I am in the area again. My monthly membership isn’t bad either! Thanks!

I was coming in with a friend to test out this gym. I was previously coming from the much larger gym (which I don't want to name) in Garden Grove, I must say this gym definitely has its qualities that make it a superior gym. At the other gym, a lot of the machines are run down and often will take weeks for them to be fixed. Also during peak hours, it's extremely busy, there isn't even anywhere to stand. However at this gym, there is still plenty of space during peak hours, and the machines are spotless. Not quite sure about the comment regarding the machines being old, they are all maintained exceptionally well and I haven't had run into any issues with them. However, what I like most is the staff. The staff are very welcoming and make it a habit to greet you and say goodbye as you walk in and out. Although that may seem like the bare minimum, Crunch isn't like that, most of the staff are very quiet and act like they don't see you coming in and out. Andrew, the manager, is very amiable and I see him getting on the floor and maintaining the gym equipment along with the rest of the staff. I've noticed he makes it a habit to say bye and hello to every person even when he's currently helping someone else. He sets a good example for every other employee as I noticed there hasn't been a single employee who isn't just as kind and welcoming.I like the sense of community the gym has and everyone is just working hard to reach their goals of staying healthy and fit. I just find the gym to be a breath of fresh air and beyond welcoming! Great way to start off my mornings.

Basketball court is nice but could be little cleaner so no one slips. Equipment is on the lower floor which is pretty cool

Andrew at the front desk is always so welcoming and enthusiastic. He greets every guest with a huge smile. He is very sociable and truly a genuine person. He is easily approachable and easy to talk to. He is super helpful with every question I have and if he doesn’t have the answer right away, he gets back to me very quickly. Super awesome guy!!

Been going for almost a month now and so far it's been great. Jeremiah helped me a lot and showed me some of the machines. He's helped me get out of my comfort zone and push myself to work harder. Great trainer and great addition to this gym.

I've been a member of this club and 24 Hour fitness since this club was under construction. It is what it is advertised to be: a two-story gym where you can work out. Weights are upstairs, aerobic equipment downstairs. It has a basketball court, a pool, a sauna, a steam room and a whirlpool. There is plenty of parking in the adjacent structure. Nice place. Well maintained. It is not possible to add a photo, since photography is not allowed in the gym.
