Called me to schedule a delivery so I took a day off just to receive the package. Turns out they didn't even receive the package at the post and had no idea how long it would be delayed. How can you schedule a customer at a date you had no idea would be fulfilled? Absolutely ludicrous.

We loaded and shipped U Pack from Chicago to Orange. Everyone was very helpful and service was great. We drove our car and U Pack arrived before us. Very satisfied. U Pack is very large.

Moving is very stressful and expensive. The ABF service center up in Washington had great service and I had no problems with them, but down here receiving my UPack with ABF Orange, the drop off was late outside of the time window I was given, and when it was empty and ready to be picked up, they had a truck 'break down' (I found out that was a lie) and they couldn't pick it up until after the weekend. The problem is that it was not my property and I was only allowed to have the crate there for 24h. If they don't pick it up on time today today I may have to hire another forklift company to move it for them. Thank you for the extra unnecessary stress ?

I guess it's true, USP still runs the tightest ship in the shipping business. I personally will never use this company again. I've had 2 shipments that cost our company thousands of dollars from the Sales person not being honest on our shipments. BEWARE...

The ability to lose freight seems to be a talent of theirs. I ordered furniture from Amazon and I was instructed that someone needed to be home in order to receive my package. Arrangements were made, but the entire day came and went without my package showing up, much less a phone call to explain why. I had to call this company myself, only to learn that my item "could not be found" on their dock. Amazon stepped in to re-order the item, but for reasons I do not comprehend decided to continue using this carrier for delivery. Well, arrangements were made a SECOND time to stay home and wait for my delivery, and wouldn't you know it this carrier has gone 2 for 2 now in losing my package. That Amazon continues to use them as a carrier blows my mind.
