. They don’t do price match from online even when you want to exchange for a different size. Beside that everything was ok.

My rating is based on the fact that customer service in regards to the dressing rooms is very disappointing, I used to shop almost every day here, but as I see the deterioration of customer care lowering their standards it is sad, I wanted to try these items and realized there is not bench seating to place my personal items such as wallet, sun glasses and other things while trying new garments. I took pictures of this dressing room and in other ones there is not even hooks or hangers to place the items you want to try on… I love Adidas brand and special offers but this negligence on customer care has to improve a lot a lot….

The cashiers Valerie and another girl there are very rude. I work customer service and I wouldn’t treat my customers like that. Worst part is that I wasn’t being rude to them at all and I was simply just asking questions about the prices as they mislead you a lot. Instead I was met with attitude by two female cashiers.

Tried exchanging a faulty item. Was told that I needed a receipt and to look at the policy. I showed them the order I made. But was told that still wasnt enough. Even though the policy said that store credit could be given if no receipt was available 9

We came in as a family hoping for a smooth shopping trip, but the experience was anything but. Prices were mislabeled and placed in the wrong sections, and when we brought it up, staff brushed it off without offering any help.
Customer service was rude and unprofessional. A simple question about kids’ shoe sizes was met with eye-rolling, and another employee snapped at us when we asked about a promotion.
We expected better from a brand like Adidas. Definitely won’t be returning, and we wouldn’t recommend this store to any families

I had a really disappointing experience at this Adidas store. The customer service was honestly terrible, staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted like I was bothering them just by asking simple questions. To make things worse, the prices on the shelves didn’t match what I was going to be charged at the register. When I pointed it out, no one seemed to care or even try to fix it and they became even more rude. It felt really unprofessional overall. I expected way better from a brand like Adidas. Definitely not shopping here again.

If you come here do not let the Laura manager help you! She has a rude attitude and could literally care less about helping you. I wouldn't doubt if she treats her employees the same way, they look like they hate their jobs

My wife went to buy shoes, she found shoe's on the clearance rack. The sigh said take an additional 35% off, but when we went to pay they said shoe's were not part of any store promotion they were falsely advertising and said there an outlet store and these shoe's are already discounted but same shoe's new in a box were same price. Guess it's better to buy online instead of dealing with rude service

Very disappointed with my experience at the Adidas outlet store. They had signs everywhere advertising 60% off on already reduced footwear, but after spending time looking for the right pair and waiting in a long line, I was told at checkout that the shoes had no discount at all—they were being sold at full price. There wasn’t even a basic discount, let alone the extra 60% off. When I asked to speak with the manager, he was rude and gave no clear explanation. A misleading promotion and a poor customer service experience. I won’t be coming back.
