I went back to return/exchange a bunch of items, and Mario (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly!) was so friendly and patient about it. He was also really nice when I got sidetracked and tried on a million pairs of sunglasses while waiting because I didn't realize he was done and was just waiting for me! This is such a great location. Every last employee I've ever encountered here has been awesome.

The manager name was Maria was so rude customer service. Won't let clothes return if tags were removed and even not wear yet. The store at the block of Orange. CA

Nice store with good customer service and sales. The t-shirts are very cute and were on sale for buy 1 get 2 free.

Two girls working the store one about 5"6 the other like 5"4 both skinny. Extremely rude and didn't even greet as I walked in the store with 3 other friends. My friend spoke spanish and they hardly wanted to communicate in spanish as if it was a bad thing. These girls looked latina. We browsed the store and I could feel the girls eyes on the back of my head. We went to the back section of the store and she just hovered near us pretending to organize clothes but I caught her from the corner of my eye just watching As if we were going to steal something. Sad thing is my friend actually wasted about $120 in store and the girls didn't even say thanks or goodbye. "Just overheard her say 5 more walking in" as we were leaving. I hope this store hires new people soon that actually want to work.

The employees were extremely rude and had a consistent bad attitude. Also when I tried to use a coupon they told me it only works online when it never said explicitly anywhere on the coupon that it was online only. They gave me an extremely hard time and would not honor it. Would not recommend this branch
