I live a few blocks away from this location, and it's been getting steadily worse as time moves on. Not only are their prices higher than the one 2.5 miles away (due to the higher income bracket), but they're less stocked, less staffed, and more inconvenient (they removed their self checkout due to "theft"). I wonder how the argument fares from the one 2.5 miles away in a low income area, that has continued to have their self checkout for over a decade?Last night was the final straw. I went in to get fixins for a hamburger grillout near the dinner hour, and I like their pub burgers from the meat counter. I waited about 7 minutes for a soul to help me, eventually yelling for help and pressing the buzzer. Nothing. I then went across the entire length of the store to find an employee who paged someone in the meat dept. After waiting another 5 minutes I gave up and abandoned my full basket on top of the counter.I won't be supporting this Albertsons in the future.

I really must say this store is awesome. I come here often, and the staff is always amazing and welcoming and kind. The manager Bundett is so kind and always is super excited to help me out, and Ryan because he gives me free stuff. Can't wait to go shopping again! Thanks Albertsons in orange :) whenever I need groceries, im coming here!

I just want to pay the price that is posted. But not possible. You have to have an app. You have to have a phone. You have to waste your time. You have to waste other peoples' time in the line navigating the app. Albertsons - the cashiers are on the clock for this whole experience. Maybe you already thought about it. In that case, it's an intentional minor inconvenience. But why? Who came up with this?

So sorry I bothered you all by shopping here. The cashier and customer service person seemed to not like their jobs or were just so annoyed with us I suppose... My son encouraged me to download the Albertsons ap so I did to get the good deal on Yoplait. Well, the cashier said he'd put my number in, didn't and charged me full price. O.k. mistakes happen, right? No biggie, but as my son noticed his attitude was very "dismissive"... "You'll have to go to customer service.." The customer service lady came over and they both seem very annoyed, 'you want to sale price?'... uh, yes, I downloaded your ap.I didn't expect much, pretty high prices, and as my son and I are very polite, expected them to at least be polite, but no polite apology, or sorry for the mix up, no thanks for your patience or have a nice day, just curt dismissive attitudes like we were sooo annoying them using the Albertsons ap and wanting the price posted. As another lady here said, it seemed like an unnecessary 'adversarial' situation. Came here because it was conveniently located, but recommend they at least pretend to care about customer service. Otherwise, Trader Joe's is a much more pleasant shopping experience.

I am a regular customer here ,my kids love coming to this market as I was shopping like I normally do on Monday 11/7/22 around 11ish I noticed one of the store managers Doreen telling a employee off Infront of a bunch of customers ,I find it so unprofessional as a person herself an the title that she has to belittle employees beneath her, I think she needs to be retrained because she was so rude to her employee,an unfortunately my kids had to witness her yelling at there poor employee, whoever is hire up than her please show her how to respect her employees.i will no longer shop here , I'm so sorry for the employee that got mistreated.

I was at this location earlier today 11/07/22 approximately at 11:15-11:30am when I seen a higher manager yelling at an employe. I feel it is unacceptable and really unprofessional of her to do that. Especially, infront of customers nobody deserves to be treated like that!

Doreen is a horrible store director and favors certain employees over others. She targets certain employees and punishes them over things multiple other employees do. She is super rude to customers and needs to be fired asap.

I usually do not come to this area even though it's 2 miles from my house. 1) my grandma in law's 100th birthday, I didn't reserve balloons, but at the last moment, the manager made them. I was so thankful, and all she said was come back & just smile when you see me & that's enough. 2) my Diamond engagement ring, I had it in my wallet & left my entire wallet there, I got it all back. 3) I went there for a rotisserie chicken today, the same manager was working the deli!!! It might be "Albertsons"- but the small family life store has made me come back. '

These 5 Stars go to Jessica who’s been working there forever!! She’s the best! She’s so fast, always on top of everything and ahead of the game! She sees you coming in and starts pulling out your medications. By far the best experience with her every single time. Thank you Jessica, we appreciate you so much!

Do not go to the pharmacy at this store. The pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending. I was due for my covid booster shot and made an appointment online. When I showed up the pharmacy technician said that it had not been 5 months since I got my last vaccine 8/20 and it was 1/19. I told her that it let me book the appointment online so surely they accounted for the fact that there are some months with 31 days. The pharmacist was very rude and said I would need to come back tomorrow or another day and that she was smarter than the d*** computer scheduling system. I then read up on the CDC guidelines and it was 150 days which would've made me eligible 1/17. I guess she isn't as smart as the computer scheduling program. I usually shop at this store and this experience made me never want to go back. I decided to get my vaccine at CVS and had a much better experience.

I keep finding expired food in the store. The shields at the checker stations are not placed properly. They are to the left of where you actually stand. After a year and a half the managers still haven't moved them? How irresponsible!

I want to address the issue below that a customer had with a pharmacist. I have an arthritic spine, diabetes, anxiety & depression and EVERYONE in the pharmacy has been been SUPER HELPFUL throughout all of my problems through the past 30 years! My parents also used the pharmacy and also required scheduled medications. The pharmacy staff has ALWAYS been compassionate and helpful through all these trials and tribulations!Recently, my father passed on and I had to move. I think I will miss the kind and caring pharmacists MOST of everything and everyone in my now former home neighborhood.Oh, and ma'am, yes, we are also Jewish and that ridiculous charge was in poor taste, uncalled-for, and is absolutely, positively false! They loved my dad and were wonderful to our family - when it was still a family and not just me. They were so helpful to us through so many difficult times. I will miss the pharmacy staff so very much.You should apologize for throwing out such a nasty charge at these health heroes. Also, they vaccinated me for both COVID and shingles. I am so very grateful for everything.I will soon have to transfer my prescriptions over to my new neighborhood, but I sure don't want to. They are WONDERFUL PEOPLE!

Do not use the savon pharmacy at Albertsons on Chapman and Hewes. The pharmacy manager is the worst! I have had multiple issues with her and will not use this pharmacy again.
