It's about 8:45 pm I just left the store. A gallon of ice cream was discounted down to &2.74. Signature brand. In the phone app. I have only used the app once before. Went through the check out line a bakers dozen long. One checker. An air head robot Who called for assistance 3 times in a language I sometimes speak myself when I'm dead asleep. Completely unintelligible. Help never came. I get up to the woman, finally, and I tell her the ice cream is discounted. She looks at me and asks 'bags?'. I had to answer to get her robot mind back into focus. I showed her the phone with the Albertsons app displayed. She said, "you have to find it". It already showed the ice cream on the face of the phone. She said "thats not it." I told her (with a long line of customers behind me), "look I have the app isn't that enough". She said, "I can only do what it says". Oh I forgot you are a robot with a slow OS. So she scans the ice cream and gives me the discount.

What is going on in this store?? In the past couple of months I've had to throw out two cartons of spoiled egg substitutes and a carton of spoiled milk. Yesterday the produce department was so bare it reminded me of when they were on strike and had old and minimal produce. There have also been different checkers and they've made some pretty nasty comments about their coworkers. Some years back I stopped coming here for several years due to lack of products and employee attitudes. The time has come for me to go elsewhere again.

I was at the pharmacy yesterday and the pharmacist and the pharmacist technician went above and beyond to help me. They even waited on their lunch just to get my prescription done. It's people like them that make you want to shop at Albertsons.

It's really sad that they've spent money on a remodel and hiked up prices and profit margins but haven't hired enough people to run the store. Might as well demolish the 6 registers that are never being used. Regularly there are 10+ groups in line to check out at 2 registers. Grocery is supposed to be a part of the community but when you're employees are unhappy and you're understaffed it affects your customers as well. Remodel is not a good look when you're understaffed. It's tone deaf.

I was thankful I was able to find the item I needed but Tamala on Suoerbowl sunday left a sour flavor in my mouth, Registers were busy and I walked to her register, Im not sure why she has to scream when a customer is next but she does, she also doesn't acknowledge people not even with a hello , or how are you today?, she kept talking to her coworkers the whole time I was in front of her ringing me out, Does employees get customer service training anymore? Are we of any value?

After a recent move, I went shopping for the first time here. It was super clean and had everything I needed and more. More importantly was the kindness all the staff that I encountered showed me. Thank you so much!!!

Yesterday I went to Albertsons to pick up a few last minute Christmas items. I had to dig through the bags of lettuce to find one that wasn't expired. Then when I got to the checkout line the cashier wanted to talk about politics. It was clear we had different views and I told him I didn't think it was a good idea to be talking about this but he kept on going. It took me awhile to calm down after that. I have no intention of shopping here again.

Honestly, I think some of these reviews are mixed with another store because 1-2 stars is where this particular store belongs. Unfortunately, this is the closest grocery store to my house and convenient. Other than the convenience, there is nothing great about this store. There is always only 2-3 cashiers, during peak hours. So the lines are extremely long. It’s always a joke between my fiancé and I that we’re gonna have a quick trip but the checkout process will take the longest. (And surprise! It is…)The management is lazy, unprofessional, usually always behind they’re customer service desk (during peak hours) or MIA.It’s a joke. They are going through a renovation right now, which could be a positive but so far, they have the same staffing issues.

Although they are remodeling, the employees are working to keep the shelves stocked and organized. The aisles are clear and the raw cement floors are clean.

I walked in around rush hour. I understand it was very busy. John the manager turned my whole experience around. Thank you John and Albertsons crew! I will definitely be back soon.

I came in today, October 1st Sunday and a tall brunette younger girl with her hair in buns was working. She was very angry Complaining to another employee in front of me, and the customer, how her co-worker called in sick and she was angry and pist off. Well then, get another job and don't treat customers with a bad attitude This is the 2nd bad experience at this Albertsons. They really need better management??? The older lady in the deli a brunette is rude as well. I'm going to stop coming here completely. They need happier employees. Please talk to your employees
