Most of the people who work here - especially on the front end - are good - doing their absolute best. Like many businesses, this place was better before Covid, and I understand how difficult it can be to find an entire staff of stellar employees, but the cashier named Ryan might be the slowest human on the planet. It's possible that a sloth could move faster than him. Why does he still work there? Why the managers continue to put him in the express lane is a mystery. I know Albertsons is part of the union, and I have no problem with that, but I don't see how he could possibly meet union standards. This store needs to either train and discipline him, or move on without him.

Years back I really liked shopping here, but something has changed . Nearly every employee I've met has been incredibly rude. There's one nice cashier with red hair and is the ONLY friendly person I've ever come into contact with at this store . There's another extremely concerning issue . I have bought several different gift cards from here over time . Many of them have had zero balance by the time they get to the recipient ! It's consistent with cards from Amazon, Target, eBay, visa/Mc gift cards . Someone is clearly stealing info from the cards and I suspect it could possibly be done amongst the store staff because I have never had an issue when purchasing them from a different store . . I think it should encourage an investigation. Just want to warn any potential buyers of this ! The combination of that issue and the continual rudeness of the employees is unacceptable especially with many other stores out there to choose from . I will no longer be shopping at this store .

Drove down from Los Angeles and decided since we were in the area to shop at Albertson’s.The market is large and clean and has a Starbuck’s in it.I decided to order 1/2 a pound of egg salad as it looked quite fresh. However when I returned home, I immediately realized the young man had given me potato salad.

I live a few blocks away from this location, and it's been getting steadily worse as time moves on. Not only are their prices higher than the one 2.5 miles away (due to the higher income bracket), but they're less stocked, less staffed, and more inconvenient (they removed their self checkout due to "theft"). I wonder how the argument fares from the one 2.5 miles away in a low income area, that has continued to have their self checkout for over a decade? Last night was the final straw. I went in to get fixins for a hamburger grillout near the dinner hour, and I like their pub burgers from the meat counter. I waited about 7 minutes for a soul to help me, eventually yelling for help and pressing the buzzer. Nothing. I then went across the entire length of the store to find an employee who paged someone in the meat dept. After waiting another 5 minutes I gave up and abandoned my full basket on top of the counter. I won't be supporting this Albertsons in the future.

I really must say this store is awesome. I come here often, and the staff is always amazing and welcoming and kind. The manager Bundett is so kind and always is super excited to help me out, and Ryan because he gives me free stuff. Can't wait to go shopping again! Thanks Albertsons in orange :) whenever I need groceries, im coming here!

I just want to pay the price that is posted. But not possible. You have to have an app. You have to have a phone. You have to waste your time. You have to waste other peoples' time in the line navigating the app. Albertsons - the cashiers are on the clock for this whole experience. Maybe you already thought about it. In that case, it's an intentional minor inconvenience. But why? Who came up with this?

Well, the Staff is great. Had folks assisting me on both sides! But I still left empty-handed. Somehow, the website (and maybe it did and i missed it) needs to state that not every store stocks everything on their site.

I really love the fresh flowers they have here. It's always helpful, especially when visiting family. Or bringing back a treat for your spouse.

I walked in to see one employee harassing another again. What is it with this place and bullying? Such behavior will create a toxic and negative environment for both customers and employees alike. A happy place is a place where people want to be. This toxic environment will lead to high employee turnover and a decrease in customers and sales. And of course, management continues to sit idly by.
