Wanted to share the awesome experience provided at the Orange Outlet store by Carmen. I frequently shop at Aldo and was coming in just browsing. Not only did she spend time with me providing a customized shopping experience helped my pick up four shoes for friends and family. After the wonderful service ended up with ten pairs and will come back to her and the store.

I purchased / order via online through the store because they did not have my size available! I wanted to speak to an associate but your not able to all you get is a recorded vmail that u can't leave a message!! I'm super disappointed! And I am still waiting to receive my items !! The normal shipment time is 3-5 business day ! It's been 12 days ! Still waiting ?!!!

The shoe’s quality of Aldo is so bad, easily get damaged and worn out terribly fast! The customer service here is subpar! Super unhelpful!

I came shopping yesterday and as soon as I walked in the madness began. There was an associate at the cash register YELLING at a customer because she couldn't accept the customers return!! That was completely unprofessional! I was all the way on the other side of the store and I could hear the associate yelling! There was other customers in the store and we all looked at each other in complete shock! On top of that there was another associate there who just stood there and didn't try to de-escalate the situation. I'm not sure what happened with the customer who was being yelled at but she ended up leaving and the other associates just stayed chatting by the register. On top of that me and the other customers in the store didn't get any kind of greeting or help from any of the associates. I've personally worked in the retail industry for 4 years and I know that you NEVER yell at a customer and/or ignore all the other customers in the store. I hope the managers see this review and give the associates proper training. I will probably never come back to this location since I prefer the customer service I receive in other locations (like MainPlace mall and south coast plaza).

This review is for the boots that were shipped to me not staff. The staff here is actually really nice and helpful.So I came in loved some boots and they did not have my size so I ordered for delivery with free shipping. Waited 2 weeks!! Excited I opened box just to find them looking like a hot mess!!!How the hell someone approved them to get shipped looking completely worn is beyond me. I contacted headquarters and hopefully they will reach out. I don't live close to store so that's another hassle to deal with!!! Please Aldo's replace by boots

Put the shoes on my feet and helped me test them (I'm not in the habit of buying running shoes, so wasn't even sure about my proper size... 10.5 "ee" for the record)

I waited half an hour for a different size of shoes at this store. Definitely the worst Aldo store I’ve ever been to. Very unprofessional people. Steve Madden a few steps away is a much better choice.

Had a great experience at Aldo thanks to Carlos. Talk about exquisite customer service. I have their best time shopping in your store thank you for all your time and attention. I will be back to spend more $$$$$ thank you again for everything & must say what a snazzy dresser your outfit was on point!!!

The manager and staff just are least bothered. It’s hard to trust and buy any product at this store. I would recommend avoiding this store
