If there was away to give less stars I would Alma cash my check after doing her best not to tell me to go else where and that she could not give me over a thousand dollars it's a shame how they treat non customers I feel insult because I need my money that I worked for you would think I was asking her for it I don't understand why the bank policy makes it so difficult

This has got to be the nicest branch. Alma Cuenca helped me with closing a account. She was so patient with me and very kind. She is a wonderful representative of America First Federal Credit Union!

Every time I try to get a hold of someone no one answers And said they hang up the call after the machine says representative is busy assisting another customer Meisel has been has been closed and I’m calling the number they’re giving me and no one answered so I don’t know what’s going on with this company

I've been banking with this credit union for over 10 years and they usually have great customer service...However, today I have been trying to reach them for the last 15 minutes and I keep getting hung up on while I am wait for the next customer service rep. I'm guessing it's because it's close to closing time and they don't want to answer anymore calls. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

This is the worst bank I've ever had! they're holding on to MY MONEY ! and charging me fee after fee! A lawsuit is coming their way. Zero stars. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BANK!

A big "shout out" to Brooke in the Auto Financing Department. Buying a car is always challenging, but Brooke was a "wiz" at helping me navigate the process. Three cheers to Brooke who is a stand-out at American First Credit Union! This is the second time she has helped me get auto financing, providing thoughtful, kind, professional and expedient service. Ever Grateful!

Customer service is usually pretty good, but their policies and NSF fees are insane. It's $29 every time the outside business attempts to take money from your account WITH OR WITHOUT your permission and American First does not reverse those fees. It's an automated action to reject a payment so I am not sure why they charge customers $29 for it. Also, if you want to put a stop payment on the business who keeps trying to charge your account at American First it costs another $29 - plus you have to fill out of these outdated forms and an affidavit (notary) which could take weeks while your account keeps racking up NSF charges waiting for it to go through. B of A just puts a stop payment for free other the phone whenever requested. Also B of A updated their fees and will no longer charge a NSF funds fee, because it's free and automated to reject a payment. It costs the bank nothing for a bank to reject a payment so why do they charge us for it? $29 is too much for customers pay for something that is free. I would like to keep this bank for all of my monthly bills and for some of my income payments to go into, but unfortunately due to the hundreds I've paid in NSF fees for unauthorized charges I am forced to change banks for all of my regular banking needs.

If I could give this bank a zero star, I would! I wanted to order some checks and they suggested to order online or by phone (the phone number on the checkbook and said 24/7). Tried both for three days, the website kept popping up errors and asked us to call a different number and we called and we either got put on hold forever or said oh we are now close and cut you off. What kind of bank is it? This bank seriously needs to invest on some technology. Finally called their general number I found on their website, still took me a couple times to talk to a real person to place our order since I got cut off the first time. Ordering checks should not be that hard!!! If a company they hired to process check orders didn't do their jobs, they should have looked for other options!!!

Brooke Davila made the refinanceing of our auto loan the best expirence of any of the vehicles I have lease or purchased. Very professional and through, her follow up wass spot on and even when she had the day off she had her coworker step in so there would not be any delays in completing the loan agreement.
