I want to thank America's Tire for the friendly customer service. Sampson helped me with my new tire and wheel. I had to order a new wheel that was damaged and it came in a few days. This location is pretty busy but the workers are able to manage the high number of customers in a quick and professional manner.

I came here on a Friday afternoon & there were 3 people ahead of me. They worked efficiently & professionally on helping each customer. I visited right after I got my car maintenance done at the dealership because they found a nail in my tire and didn’t want to pull it out themselves. They said it was near the edge and looked pretty deep. Fortunately, America’s Tire employee (I’m sorry, I didn’t get his name) was able to just pull out the nail & confirmed there were no leakage. The nail was quite short & luckily did not go through my tire. I’m so glad I didn’t have to get my tire replaced. Thank you so much, America’s Tire.

Update (another issue): Had to take my car into the dealership a few days after posting this review since it was making a strange noise from the front end. The technician listened to the noise and said it sounded like the tire sensor had come off and was rattling around in the wheel. I took it to the America's Tire in Signal Hill since it was a few minutes away, and sure enough, the sensor had been broken off during the installation process. They were extremely helpful and told me I had to go back to Orange and have them fix it, which I did, and, thankfully they had to part and took care of it. Luckily, it was a short holiday week and I had some flexibility, but it was 5 hours of my day from the dealership to when my car was fixed. I asked the Signal Hill location, hypothetically, what they normally do when they damage a customer's wheels, and they said they send it out to have it professionally repaired (btw, they did not leave any marks on my wheel when they removed the tire to take out the sensor). Contrast that with the manager at Orange telling me that he would buy a can of spray paint and have one of his guys touch it up, after damaging 2 of my Porsche wheels.Additionally, you can ignore the canned corporate responses saying they take customer complaints seriously, and seemingly show some level of recourse beyond the local store level. These are meant for optics only, as I have not heard anything from them after sending in my inquiry a week ago.

I am beyond frustrated with America's Tire, from the second I called to schedule an appointment to receiving my vehicle after the service was done. I purchased 4 tires from this location. After the installment, my salesperson Brandon gave me the keys and ran off. I found it odd the way my car was parked taking up 3 parking spaces, so I decided to inspect my tires. I had found a scratch and all 4 of my rims were covered in lubricant. I went back inside trying to find Brandon, but he was nowhere in sight. I was then helped by Dustin who was kind enough to take a look at the scratch, before going outside I asked him if the technician made notes of any damages before touching the vehicle. He tells me yes and we proceed to go outside. He then says the scratch was not caused by them. Then says "I apologize for the lubricant, I would assume my guys would have done a better job." I was surprised he did not offer or go ask Brandon to clean my rims after making that comment. Dustin then gave me a card to call a mobile rim/tire repair service. I was so dumbfounded I was being let go with a scratch and heavy amounts of lubricant on all 4 of my rims. I went home trusting Dustin's word that America's Tire would not cause any damage to my rims and I figured I would not cause a scene and just clean the rims myself. After cleaning the rims I noticed all 4 of my rims had scrapes and scratches so I filled out the survey that was sent to my email explaining in full detail my experience. I was then contacted by Manager Sampson, I explained the situation and he told me to bring in my car and that the rims were just dirty there were no scratches. I explained my frustration why didn't you clean my rims when I first came in, why now. I told him I cleaned the rims myself and reiterated there were scratches, if he had originally cleaned the rims he would have seen the damages. We coordinated a day and time so my rims could get inspected and Manager John would help me since Sampson was going on vacation. *Inspection day* I showed up to find out John was on lunch, I was once again helped by Dustin who told me John should be back in 15-20 minutes. I was surprised by the situation since Sampson would let John in the loop and should have been expecting me. While I waited I had Dustin inspect my rims and he said "certain scratches are expected from the machine unless the bolts are taken off by hand" at this point I was beyond frustrated because John was nowhere in sight and it's confirmed America's Tire did cause damage. After waiting around 15-20 minutes Dustin tells me he will let John know I stopped by. It has been a week and I have yet to hear from anyone. I don't know what else to do or how to get anyone from America's Tire to help me.

Good pricing on tires and fast service. Sean was prompt and courteous getting me checked in and out. One concern was my low pressure indicator coming on and off for last couple of months-which I reported on check in. Sean made no comment other than noting it.After my new tires were installed Jesus came out advised car would be done in a few and asked if I had any questions. I had none, everything seemed good to go. After I departed, I quickly noticed my low pressure indicator was still on, so I circled back. Jesus was available so I reported the issue with the low pressure. Thinking maybe they forgot to reset the sensor?Jesus started "reminding" me about the age of my car (it's a low mileage 2012 Prius) and telling me that the sensor was bad and that was to be expected in a car over 10 years old. There was an obvious condescending/contentious tone to his voice and face, definitely implying any fool should know this and dl shaming me for having such an old car. (Wtf?)First, how was he sure my sensor was bad, did he run a diagnostic? More importantly, what could have been a great transaction with America's Tire was now soured by Jesus' demeaning and dismissive manner. Takeaway for AT- don't go there and ask them about a dang thing but tires (well, and wipers ). I mean it- don't do it... they'll make you sorry you did. Get your tires and get outta there.

There was no problem with the tire installation, and they also adjusted the correct tire pressure. Most importantly, they worked very efficiently, which is commendable. But there are black marks on my wheel hub. Although it is not a scratch, I don't know how to wipe it off with various chemicals, and it certainly cannot be washed away with water. In addition, they will replace the tire caps with new ones for you, which is a considerate service. But please pay attention to the grade of the vehicle. The original tire caps of my X7 were originally aluminum alloy, but they replaced them with cheap new black ordinary tire caps for me. I hope they pay attention to the grade of customer cars in the future.

Usually get good service from America's Tire. Dropped off van to have tire sensors replaced. Got a text that vehicle was ready. When I got there van wasn't ready. Their two most "experienced" technicians couldn't program sensors. They blamed the vehicle and said it couldn't be done. They gave me two options. Just pay for parts or they can reinstall old parts. Really awful customer service.

I wanted to take a moment and share with you my experience today at America's Tires on the corner of Tustin and Chapman today. I went this morning to get the air checked in my tires because one was low. I was told that it had a nail and that it was repairable. They took my car in, came back in and told me I had two nails in my tire that they could fix. A minute later, Brandi came in with my tire off the rim and told me that I needed to replace the tire because I drove it on low air pressure and damaged the tire. She wanted me to buy a new tire. I asked her to put my tire back on, and the she said no. She would not put my tire back on. I asked her again, my husband was on the phone and asked her to put the tire back on. She said no. She then said that she could put it on but would deflate it and I would need to get it towed. Pretty much, my choices were to buy a new tire or she would deflate my tire so I would not be able to drive. I told her that I was never told ahead of time, before taking my tire off that if they take the tire off and if they can't fix it, I would need to purchase a new tire. After asking numerous times and letting her know I was in a hurry, she said she could get 4 new tires on my car in under 20 minutes!I asked to speak to the manager. I let John know that I was never told that if they took my tire off and could not fix it, that I would need to buy a new tire. He said that they usually don't put tires back on if they advise you to purchase a tire. He even agreed that it would be the right thing to do to let the customer know before taking a tire off. Beware!!!Long story short, he had them put my tire back on. My tire was pumped to 30 psi when the recommended pressure was 42. They wouldn't even put the correct amount of air in my tire! I can't help but feel that they wanted me to have a blowout because I refused to buy a tire from themI ended up getting my tire fixed at another place and guess what??? I only had one nail, not two!Worst experience ever! They don't even deserve 1 star.

Integrity. This place has it! Kam, Sean and Daniel really know awesome customer service. Found a slow leak in the drivers rear tire and requested to take a look. Found a nail. They got it fixed. Not a lot of wait time. Getting tires here is great peace of mind for long term quality service. Highly recommend this location!

I recently had the privilege of being assisted by Robert at American Tire located at 1542 E Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92866, and I must say his service was truly exceptional. Changing the tires on my Tesla, he didn’t just provide a service, but offered invaluable advice ensuring I received the perfect fit for my vehicle. The genuine care, dedication, and passion he exudes in his work goes beyond the ordinary. Such commitment shouldn't remain hidden in the shadows but should be recognized and celebrated. Robert truly deserves a leadership position, as his level of service is exemplary. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Robert. Warm regards, Dillon.

The very best tire repair shop near me is the America's Tire. There are so many other places that do the same things but comparing to any other tire repair shops, this place rocks. They provide free tire nail puncture for free, free air pressure check and windshield wiper replacement service. They have very reasonable prices for the new tires. I recommend the newly refurbished tire place.

Opening hours begin at 8am. I was so glad to see how they were already open. They were very busy.I parked, and when walking in, I noticed how inside had seats and was very cleaned!Big plus!I was welcome right away, as I walked in.There was a line going out the door.I then was helped by Sean, he greeted me and asked how can he help.We went to my car and I thought I had a bad tire.He walked me inside and gave me an estimate time on how long it would take.As he was working on my car I notice the workers were so polite and providing great customer service.Sean came back showed me my tire and the problem. It wasn't my tire, it was my rim that was cracked. He informed me about that the size of tire I have is to big.(My husband was the one that got the rims and tires.)I called my husband and informed him of the issue and then had me asked Sean if they have the tires and rims for the car there? They didn't have it but I did let him know I'll be back with my husband but would first call and look on their website.Sean asked if we had warranty on our tires and rims since they're both very high quality.I said yes but maybe it's best for us to get the correct size.Sean was so knowledgeable, polite, and the most thing that stood out he wasn't trying or being your typical sales person.I was ver impressed with Sean customer service. We will be getting the correct tires we need. I definitely will be asking for Sean's assistance. The overall expectation, experience and value you get, I highly recommend.Thank you Sean for giving such great customer service, but overall a genuine individual.

I had 2 tires replaced on my Tesla Model Y in this location today and it was very positive experience. As a customer, I can feel and see there's a great management and amazing teamwork in this company and this shop. When I made an appointment last night, there's a "Journey Tracker" web page where I can see the whole process & updates about appointment, check-in, time estimates and etc. I loved the fact that a gentleman gave me a phone call earlier this morning, to confirm my order and appointment. The staffs were all nice and friendly, and I got a great help from Robert today. The whole team seems to be super efficient. I liked the fact that they prepared a bay for my car on time and gave me the great short estimated time and they finished the installation of 2 tires even earlier than the estimated time. Highly recommend everyone's tire needs and I'm looking forward to getting other 2 tires replaced here in a few months. Kudos to the team!

First time I was here was to have tires installed that I had purchased on TireRack. Next time, if America's Tire has what I want at a competitive price, I'd likely buy directly from them. They have a good selection of tires, and will price-match competitors.Since then I've been in twice for tire repair, and service has been outstanding. The people who helped me have been very knowledgeable and courteous.
