The staff is super friendly, helpful, kind, and know their stuff, with suggestions and great deals. Many customers feel like they are visiting friends. However, some find the merch overpriced and note that employees watch customers closely, which can feel uncomfortable. Despite this, it is considered a great place with a prime selection, leading customers to return for years.

My kids & I have been coming here for over 10 years. They have great selection of merchandise & the staff is super friendly and helpful! Just got an Arnold Schwarzenegger poster for Terminator which I love! Not even anime, so I'm glad I found it!! I know we'll be coming here as long as they are here!!

They were closed an hour early when it showed 9:00. Asked the person if the person if they had a specific item and they were very rude and didn’t answer our question.
