Great and Quick Service. The wait time was really quick. Daniel was the associate who helped us out. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that we had. Overall great service would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to get great service

Came in today with an appointment at store open at 11AM. First one there, two people behind me. I was the only one with an appointment and yet somehow those two people without appointments were attended to and out the door before I was seen. Just switched from Verizon and have had nothing but problems and clearly, the customer service is lacking at their brick and mortars. I've had an ongoing problem for weeks and have had to take three days of in person assistance and they have not been able to do anything until today. Horrible horrible service.

The staff and manager are uninformed about how to verify if a customer has insurance for their phone or how replace a phone using an insurance claim. After giving us the runaround and speaking with AT&T customer service we went to a different AT&T store and got the phone replaced.

I went to the store to upgrade my phone and watch. I worked with Chris. He was amazing! He was knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. He was very clear in what I should expect for pricing, to include up front payments and ongoing billing. He helped me choose the right phone for me and asked a lot of probing questions in order to make an educated recommendation. I am very pleased with Chris and am glad he was able to assist me.

The agent at AT&T was very patient and helpful. We had a lot of issues but he patiently took care of us. We learned a lot more information about products we didn’t care before. He made us decide to stay with AT&T by representing the company with such an awesome attitude and knowledge about the company he works for. Good job agent Manny Hernandez! I would give you more stars if allowed to. So full stars to this AT&T rep! Keep this young man in the company! Thank you!

Helpful staff. Make an appointment online for ease and not having to wait. Greeting right when walked in and told someone will be with us shortly. Only waited about 8 mins to be helped. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. In and out under 20 mins.

I came here for the first time at orange, AT&T location. I recommend this place if you have to go back to work right away. The employee [ Louise ] has been a big help. He able to answer my question about my phone. And help me transfer my phone into another phone because my iPhone got wet. I didn't have to wait that long comparing other AT&T store that I had to go in.
