Great and Quick Service. The wait time was really quick. Daniel was the associate who helped us out. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that we had. Overall great service would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to get great service

The staff and manager are uninformed about how to verify if a customer has insurance for their phone or how replace a phone using an insurance claim. After giving us the runaround and speaking with AT&T customer service we went to a different AT&T store and got the phone replaced.

I went to the store to upgrade my phone and watch. I worked with Chris. He was amazing! He was knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. He was very clear in what I should expect for pricing, to include up front payments and ongoing billing. He helped me choose the right phone for me and asked a lot of probing questions in order to make an educated recommendation. I am very pleased with Chris and am glad he was able to assist me.

Manny the sales rep was awesome and cause of his great service is the reason i bought 2 iPhones instead of just one i intend to buy.

The agent at AT&T was very patient and helpful. We had a lot of issues but he patiently took care of us. We learned a lot more information about products we didn’t care before. He made us decide to stay with AT&T by representing the company with such an awesome attitude and knowledge about the company he works for. Good job agent Manny Hernandez! I would give you more stars if allowed to. So full stars to this AT&T rep! Keep this young man in the company! Thank you!

Helpful staff. Make an appointment online for ease and not having to wait. Greeting right when walked in and told someone will be with us shortly. Only waited about 8 mins to be helped. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. In and out under 20 mins.

I came here for the first time at orange, AT&T location. I recommend this place if you have to go back to work right away. The employee [ Louise ] has been a big help. He able to answer my question about my phone. And help me transfer my phone into another phone because my iPhone got wet. I didn't have to wait that long comparing other AT&T store that I had to go in.

AT&T StoreTook my 89 year old dad in to AT&T store on Tustin and Katella in Orange to fix his phone and the rep (male, black hair) tells us we would have to wait an hour and a half. We explained that my dad is 89 years old and his phone is the only way he has to communicate with us and probably just needs a new SIM card. The rep could not be any less sympathetic for our predicament and said we have to wait our turn. We were going to go someplace else but my dad refused to leave because his phone wasn’t fixed, he has dementia, so didn’t understand the situation. So while we tried to balance my dad on the bar stool type seat (only place to sit) and tried to wait it out. We asked if we could leave and come back but the rep said if our turn comes up while we are gone we would lose our place in line (really???) Another customer saw our predicament and also talked to the rep but the rep said nothing he could do. That customer, thankfully ended up giving us his spot in line even though he had waited awhile and had come back to the store. It took all of about 10-15 mins to get the new SIM card. I can’t believe that rep was so unaccommodating to a 89 year old. To my dad, his phone is his lifeline. Thank goodness for the kind gentleman that helped us!

Your store did not have screen protectors and limited selection of case protectors . I am a new customer to att and I am disappointed already with my 1st day experience . With a new s23 phone with no audio jack . Not happy so far .

All I have to say this place offers the best customer service I ever had, when it comes AT&T store. Also shout out to Christian who provided some of the most helpful well detail service! Really excellent work! Also the rest of the staff were super nice too! Really recommend this store to anyone in need of a new phone or service provider! ?

Went in today after my phone decided to not turn on since last night. I woke up today super stressed it still wasn’t turning on or holding a charge. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We sat down and told them the problem and he started cleaning the port. It still didn’t turn on. With the iPhone 15 coming out in a few weeks it was a tough choice but I got a new phone. He was super helpful and knowledgeable.
