Stay away from this location. They tell you one price and after you leave with product there's a different price. The repo as is this is an authorized dealer location so corporate can't do anything. Go anywhere else!

I went in yesterday to get myself a new ipad and possibly an upgrade on my phone, my store rep Angie was AMAZING!!! she helped me find the best deals and made sure I was confident in my choices :) she is extremely personable! one of the best experiences i’ve had there! If you stop by make sure to request her !!!

Angie help us with our phone upgrades and she is amazing. She has such a great personality and made everything so easy. They were so busy, only 2 people at the store and she was so patient and even had us laughing. She knows what she is doing, has great knowledge of everything in the store. Answer all of our questions and even help with more things that we expected. And to top it off she is pregnant and had the capacity to help with great attitude. ?

I have never had worst customer service in my life. We walked in and asked to set up a few phones and we were the only people in the store. My father-in-law asked if we could do one first because one the people in our family had to leave soon. The representative said "no I'm going to do this one first because it's too early and my brain needs it this way." It was 10:30am. We were transferring a phone line and she said we needed to call customer service because they couldn't do it there at the store. We obliged and the customer service representative on the phone asked why they couldn't do it in store and if there was an error message and I went back to the in-store representative to ask for the information. The in-store representative said "well if she actually looked up your account she would know... it's a unified account" Every response was sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional. I am not sure what the in-store representative's name was but she had a lot of facial piercings. Definitely wish we went either to a different store or got a different representative.

Took my 89 year old dad in to AT&T store on Tustin and Katella in Orange to fix his phone and the rep (male, black hair) tells us we would have to wait an hour and a half. We explained that my dad is 89 years old and his phone is the way he has to communicate with us and probably just needs a new SIM card. The rep could not be any less sympathetic for our predicament and said we have to wait our turn. We were going to go someplace else but my dad refused to leave because his phone wasn’t fixed, he has dementia, so didn’t understand the situation. So while we tried to balance my dad on the bar stool type seat (only place to sit) and tried to wait it out. We asked if we could leave and come back but the rep said if our turn comes up while we are gone we would lose our place in line (really???) Another customer saw our predicament and also talked to the rep but the rep said nothing he could do. That customer, thankfully ended up giving us his spot in line even though he had waited awhile and had come back to the store. It took all of about 10-15 mins to get the new SIM card. I can’t believe that rep was so unaccommodating to a 89 year old. To hey dad, his phone is his lifeline. Thank goodness for the kind gentleman that helped us!
