This afternoon I went in the office asking for assistance with dad Sim card issue. I tried to explain that I believe that he might need new Sim card. They insisted that I call called 800 and would not listen to me I put my down hard on the table and their manager kick me out. He would not share his name just kept telling me to leave. I am not homeless dog who can be kick to the curb.
DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I need to get a new phone today after work because my "on/off" button is about to break. Last time I walked into an AT&T store (another location)I waited 45 minutes until someone could help me. This time I called to make an appointment but the sales person refused to make me an appointment and stated that I wouldn't have to wait. I tripple checked with him and made sure that he knew I would be in until later and said I really didn't have time to wait. First, he pretended to make the appointment so I called him on it and then he assured me that I would not wait if I just walked in later. I'm not sure how he can guarantee this without an appointment, but we'll see. I'll update this review after I go in today. But honestly, what's the big deal about making an appointment??

Valeria the manager at this location has the worse customer service skills. She hung up the phone on me because she said I wasn't listening to her. Unbelievable, that att has a manager representing their store with such disgusting customer service. I want a District manager or Corporate supervisor to call me to discuss this behavior. This is no way to treat customers.

Whenever I have went to this store Derek and Valeria has been a pleasure. However this last time I went I dealt with a young woman named Briana and she was not helpful whatsoever. I walked in and she didn’t greet me like I was in a store more like I was in her office. She was more concerned with her personal matters than assisting Derek while he helped multiple people. The store itself is great but she was not.

I was missing out on very important calls on my phone because it was problems charging it so I went into the store and he help me out with my number and merged it temporary so that I can continue to receive those important calls. I think him so much and God bless him.

This place was very friendly came in for an upgrade and cassie helped me out she was very patient and broke down every detail with me. I’m going to continue coming here
