Just shameful. I bought an Infiniti q60 back in 2020 from these guys. The car doesn’t work anymore. Wanna know why? Oh I’ll gladly tell you. They sold a car knowing it had major mechanical problems. The transmission gave out just 8k miles after I bought it. (I bought it at 79k miles). I bought this car 4 years ago but as I can see from the reviews, this place hasn’t changed their ways. They buy shitty cars from auction at a low price and sell them to the public. I would like to say I’m a very nice person, it takes a lot to piss me off. This business “practice” needs to stop. One day you’re going to piss off the wrong person who has NOTHING to lose. Let that sink in.

Horrible customer service, attempted to speak to the sales manager at the shop and answered me with "I'm not working"
Regardless if we couldn't agree to the price this is not the way you treat people
I would not recommend this location

Pretty bad experience with the sales person named Mario. Was looking at a vehicle priced at 16k and shows me addons worth 4k bringing the total up to 20. The car looks nice on the outside but don't let them deceive you, The alignment was completely off on the car, I called them out about it but they said they will still have the car for sale. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP

This is simply the most low class used car dealership I have ever stepped foot on. The sales (men) are rude confrontational and are straight up looking for a fight. Customer service 0/10. Mark and Daniel have zero customer service skills and have the customer service of bouncers at a bar. Rather than make up for miscommunication - they are aggressive rude and seem like they are looking to start something… mind you I am a customer inquiring about vehicles. Imagine u tell a salesman you are upset and that u don’t want to deal with him- and his response is “so are you going to hit me then?”. Do not buy a car here. And don’t even call to inquire or stop by either. 0/10. -5/10. I can’t even give this place a worse review .

I bought a 2002 ram promaster city in July . 2 weeks later I had an issue with my tire to find out that they sold it to me without spare tire equipment. I called Sami my salesman and he already quit his job. I was asked by the manager to deal with Fernando. I receive a call from Fernando on July 15 and they will order one and let me know when it is there. They never called me and I called me back to find out Fernando was on vacation and no one there knew where is the equipment. Then Fernando came from vacation and I met in October to find out they have the wrong one and he states he will order another replacement which suppose to be the right one. 3 days ago I text Fernando and acted like he does not know anything and he will call me back and again no response. I called today and he informed that they cannot do anything and I was dealing with them since July
Be careful when you go to republic orange they are bunch of crook

I bought a Porsche Macan for $25K, 2 months later the brakes were leaking and I had it repaired for $600. The mechanics wasn't able to remove the wheels because Auto Republic didn't include the wheel lock key. I called the manager Paul to discuss what he could regarding the key and he hung up the phone, what customer service!

Wow. CLASSIC bait and switch. They advertise a very low price and make you go through an extensive sales consultation after test drive. When it came time to do the paperwork, they added over $3200 in mandatory up charges that were never disclosed in any of the ads.Lo Jack - $995Wheel Powder Coating - $995Safeguard Theft - $777Clear Pro Pkg - $495Told them I don't want any of those. But they said none of these were optional and they would not budge off of any of the previously undisclosed up charges. Don't waste your time at Auto Republic. Very dishonest way to sell.

I bought a car from them and my suv broke down not even 6 days of having it . The dealership didn't want to help me . It was leaking transmission fluid. I tired to use the warranty they sold me and they denied the claim as well now I'm stuck with a 3k bill .

Auto Republic and their star salesman Joe put me in a Tesla - my dream car! Joe went above and beyond to make sure I could drive it home and call it mine. Can't appreciate them enough, this is the only place you want to buy your next car in the LA/Orange Co area.

My husband and I unfortunately had a nightmare experience here and I would never write a negative review until speaking directly with a manager first but not one person reached out to us after our clutch exploded 24 hours after purchasing our vehicle from here. We were sold a manual Jeep Wrangler that had an open recall on the clutch for overheating and exploding as well as a STOP SALE issued by the FCA but were still sold this car. My two kids and husband had the clutch explode on the freeway the second time we drove this car. After having it towed back to Auto Republic less than 48 hours after, we were met with blame and a service center claiming it was user error. Not one manager called us to ask if we were physically ok or willing to take responsibility for this issue that was directly a result on the open recall. We could have died, the car could have imploded. This car was purchased 08/12/23 and almost 2 months later, we still have not had anyone reach out to us from here.
