I had the pleasure of meeting Romero here at auto zone. He came out to my car and checked my battery. Showed me what the problem was and was so kind and professional. I will visit this store the next time I have any car needs.

Came here for a lil filter tool. Last owner on my bike over tightened it. First trip, i accidentally got the wrong tool for the job. Second trip, i told them what happened. They refunded the first tool, and one of the employees ( i think associate parts manager) gave me good advice and i was able to get the correct tool and fix the oil filter! I forget their name but they were a big help.
