Poor customer service. Wire transfer is slow. No respond why it is on hold. Stop by the bank, they don't show much interest in customer. Wait..wait ..& wait

You are a bank providing a service so please staff your bank with more tellers!!!! Ridiculous to see only ONE teller working on a Friday! This is one way to convince my mother to bank elsewhere.

Definitely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. He would be better to bury your money in your backyard. I'm pretty sure they're running the bank so poorly as to eliminate us talking to people and relying on telephone customer service recordings.

The Orange Hills Bank of America is a joke! As others have pointed out, they only ever seem to have two tellers working and a supervisor working the sidelines asking people if they need help or telling them to use the external ATM machine. My debit card was compromised and I called BofA security. They canceled the card. When I asked if I could get a temporary card issued by my local branch, I was told that I would have to contact them directly or go in. I tried calling the branch but no one picked up. I went in and stood in line with some j*** standing too close to me. It looked like he was trying to look at my phone for whatever reason. I finally get to a teller and told her my situation and that I needed a temporary card. She then proceeded to tell me that they no longer give out temporary cards and that I would have to use something like Google Pay or Apple Pay or the BofA app virtual card. I told her not every place has the capabilities to use those features. Then she kept repeating if I wanted to take out money. I told her that's not what I came here for. Not to mention that BofA will charge me fees for using the ATM machine too much with their virtual card. Every single time that I come into this branch I have an extremely negative experience! Customer service went down hill at BofA ever since they merged with Nations Bank and relocated their headquarters out of state.

Kind of awkward to figure out how to enter the parking lot if you've never been here before. You can't actually enter through Chapman, but have to go in on the side street. The parking lot - once you figure out how to get into it - is also one way and very tight. Two outdoor ATMs. They're the newer ATMs where you can select the denominations of the bills you would like. 2021: 1/100

I have never walked into this branch but man I wish I hadn't. The branch was useless to fix my issue. They merely sat me in a chair and called customer service. The branch manager then walks away! She did nothing to resolve my problem. I cannot believe this! May be time to change banks.

Came to the bank to drop off something in a safety deposit box. The desk gal directed me to the one teller. One person in line, so OK. Got to the teller, told me I needed to wait for the manager. Desk gal now with the manager. Twenty minutes later, I gave up. Needs a new manager who knows how to run a bank! All this service for a 'preferred customer'.

They lock their doors before their posted hours. If you get here a minute before 6 do not expect to be let in. Not impressed.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever been to. And I feel bad for saying that because most of the tellers and employees are nice. BUT, they need more employees, lost my check I deposited (yup, I will get to this) and they need a serious upgrade on ambience. As soon as you walk in, the place looks sad and dark. I have been to other BOA's and they do not look or feel this depressing. Whenever I go, no matter time of day, there is ONLY 2 tellers. ONLY 2!! That's crazy to me. The customers always complain while standing in line that they need more tellers and they just ignore them. There's plenty of other bankers and employees walking around, but no one ever jumps in to help out. I get it's not their fault and management or whoever is in charge should hire more tellers, but that is not okay in my book. Everyone has busy schedules so when they go to the bank, it should be as efficient as possible. The tellers also don't seem as knowledgeable as they should be. They seem to call over their manager often to answer questions or help out with customer needs. Which, of course, slows the process down as well and makes the line that much bigger. I am actually no longer a BOA customer because they lost one of my checks I deposited. I have never ever experienced this but, this again, goes to show that the employees they hire are not great. They are understaffed and probably just hire whoever applies. I would be very weary when coming to this bank, or actually any BOA's. I have lost all my trust and interest in them and would never be a customer ever again.

I can't give it a 5 star how ever they love to help and always greet when it's very busy. I ask as many question as I can and they answered all the time, one time I had to wait for 4 days to prances my check but they gave who to call and push a very nice transaction almost half my check the very same day I so pleased to receive my money the day after.

They still have the wrong times posted on yelp. Drove there and they were closed at 9 when it clearly says 9:00 am open time. Doors say open at 10. Fix this.

I do accounting for a small firm and have to frequent many different banks multiple times each month. I have two different Bank of America locations that I go to frequently. Both locations have way too few tellers available at just about all times I visit the banks. Waiting in line is a given. There are always plenty of bankers walking around but they never help the tellers out. There might be 6 to 10 people in line with only two tellers available. Also, the tellers are just barely above cordial, not even close to being friendly. Out of all the banks I frequent, B of A is definitely the worst as far as a time killer and friendliness. If I didn't have to go into a B of A for my client's banking needs I would NEVER set foot in one.
