Store associates provide some of the best customer service, offering fast and helpful assistance to find the perfect scent or put together the perfect gift. They are known for being sweet, welcoming, and going above and beyond, even helping to hold items or wrap purchases carefully. The experience is amazing and leaves customers feeling happy. Despite the store sometimes being super packed, it is highly recommended for its wide candle scent options and awesome products.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Abigail helped me out so much! I wasn't finding a soap scent, and she kept looking for it, suggesting smells similar, recommend other scent she liked and used. At the end she was able to find the scent I was looking for and brought it to me. She was amazing! She had 10/10 customers service!
