Highly recommend this place, my wife and I came in one evening looking for kitchen appliances and Todd took care of us right away. He gave us good and honest recommendations and made the whole process quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional with us. We never felt rushed or pressured into getting anything which was nice. Could not have been happier with our decision, thanks so much Todd!

Said truck broke down ,2nd time this happened. Said would reschedule but delivered when I told them I would not be home. Refrigerator was dented, missing a foot and missing and would not install as salesman said they would. Their service sucks.

Their geek squad, and their Total Tech insurance they offer is the biggest fraud in the history of insurance, lol. Just beyond rude staff. Never helpful. Canceling as soon as I get the right phone number to do so. Never shopping here again.

So my Credit card got compromised. Identity fraud as someone made purchased online. I was told to come to the nearest store (Per Customer Service representative), so they could track item to stop delivery. I immediately left work , as I observed two helpful officers and I requested a Manager. The helpful guys , pointed , as they stated that she was walking towards us.. She ignored them as they told her that I needed a Manager. She ignored my presence as she rolled her eyes, "I'm busy I have another customer!! ", as I stated that she was rude as I was standing here!. I hope that She understands how identity theft is a big deal. But this type of rudeness from a Manger is unacceptable Ms. Esmeralda !!. If you can't control your face expressions, work on it in the mirror!!!. Being in the field of customer service , you were out of line.

Best Buys stores do not take phone calls directly. Your call will be routed to a "Customer Service" call center. In the past, Best Buy customer service was superior, now ... if I could rate it a zero I would. Don't waste your time or money purchasing appliances from them. Best Buy does everything they can to NOT talk to you.

We were looking for an affordable n good camera. Tony recommended Sony brand . He said easy to use . He was very helpful. He gave me a quick lesson how to use it. He's also very knowlegeble . We appreciate his help. We bought a Sony brand .

Ive been in this Best Buy store in the past and I was able to find what I needed, and staff were very helpful. But this date I didnt stop here to shop. The reason I stopped here was because I had just gotten off work nearby and It was just raining very hard, and on top of that it was windy. So basically i stopped here for safety reasons and im glad to say i was undisturbed for the 1.25 hours i was parked here. Once the rain diminished I resumed by 45 mile drive home. Which was uneventful, although I did pass one accident, hoping everyone was ok.
