They ran out of hubs that I ordered, but they quickly communicated that more were on the way and still got my order out quickly. Even got a couple of nice to have freebies with the order and everything came as expected. And pricing was more than fair. 10/10 recommend this shop! Don’t buy anywhere else.”

“I ordered a Bianchi Specialissima Pro Di2 build from this shop and highly recommend them. I found them online because I wanted to purchase a Bianchi and the offerings around me were limited. They are a small, tightly run shop that sells high-end bikes, and possibly the largest retailer of Bianchi bikes in the country. If you are interested in a Bianchi, talk to them. They likely have the model you are looking for, and can customize it to your needs. Despite their small size, they will still make time to talk to you. They pick up the phone and answer their emails. Jim has been in the business for more than 40 years and knows his stuff. If you ever have an issue or concern - give them a call. They are understanding and will get you a resolution you are satisfied with. They also only hire the best mechanics in the business (each of their mechanics has at least 15+ years of experience iirc). The mechanical work / assembly is excellent. Raphael assembled and packaged my bike very thoroughly for shipping. He also got on a FaceTime call and taught me how to assemble the bike after it was delivered. Di2 can be tricky to install, but it was spec-perfect and ready to ride. Their shipping is on another level. They can ship across states and over the air. Every part and piece is padded thoroughly, and comes in a box with clear sender and recipient labels. My Bianchi was packaged in the original Bianchi box and shipped with DHL. No other store around me has even seen the size of the box they ship their Bianchi's in. They make sure to ship you everything you need - including Di2 chargers, ceramic paste for assembly, and any requested spare parts. The bike is race-ready and gets a lot of compliments on the road. Very light, responsive and punchy when you need to sprint. I've started racing this year Cat 4/5 crits and felt like I could quickly adapt to race conditions on this bike. Highly recommend them.”
